Vorspeise, gegrilltes Gemüse war kalt. Hähnchenbrust war trocken. Gebratene Champignons waren ok, jedoch leider mit gratulieren Knoblauch, nicht frisch.

Le meilleur semifreddo aux amandes que j'ai mangé ! Un délice ! Fait maison Brushetta sympa mais pain grillé et réchauffé au micro ondes... Très belle vue sur le port et l Etna !

Ho alloggiato presso B&B di Salvo e famiglia e ho mangiato presso il loro ristorante a colazione e cena. Cucina siciliana tradizionale. Cibo molto buono dal pesce, alla pizza. Servizio di Salvo e famiglia impeccabile.

18/06/2025: Sicilian food with a fusion touch. It's worth the visit if you are in Trapani
12/06/2025: Welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff. The already excellent mixed fried fish is accompanied with a sour sauce, which enhances its flavor. We also really liked the cod cooked at low temperature with marsala sauce and pears. Highly recommended (we shared one) the mixed antipasto. In short, a beautiful culinary experience that I recommend
