Excellent restaurant, with a great focus on gluten-free options and excellent pizza. But the real highlight is Sandro, the best waiter I've ever met, a wonderful person!!

It really deserves a nice review...very good pizza and even better desserts but the strong point is definitely the kindness, politeness and courtesy...cuisine and ways of doing things from another era!

I discovered it by chance, and I have to say it exceeded my expectations. We ordered a charcuterie board, which served five of us. The first course was fettuccine with porcini mushrooms, and I have to say, it was the best I've ever had. The ravioli with Gorgonzola were also excellent. For the second course, a grilled meat, and the meat was cooked perfectly. I highly recommend it.

La Siesta has been a landmark and historic venue in Sabina for years. The atmosphere is very pleasant and familiar, and the food is excellent. Excellent value for money. The wait times are reasonable. The staff is friendly, courteous, and always make sure everything is running smoothly. Special mention goes to Sandro for his incredible professionalism and efficiency. Truly one of a kind in this profession. Highly recommended.

26/08/2025: Personally, I had a good time. Nice place, a bit of an old-fashioned trattoria, and the staff was friendly and efficient. The pizza is very thin, true, but good. The toppings are adequate and good. The fried foods were good. We went on a Saturday night...a little crowded and noisy...but bearable for me. There's an outdoor area where you can relax and enjoy a nice aperitif. They have good beers. Reasonable prices. As I always say...this is my opinion.
15/08/2025: The place is very nice; in addition to the indoor dining area, they also have an outdoor area. The staff is extremely kind and helpful, and the pizza is delicious. I even went for a beer after dinner, and even though the place was packed, they found us a spot to enjoy the beer and some fries. I repeat, helpfulness and kindness are hallmarks of this place.

08/06/2025: Speechless, and by speechless, I mean in a clearly positive way!!! We celebrated my children's confirmation and first communion at this little restaurant and I assure you, you will be pleasantly surprised! We opted for a fish menu and are extremely satisfied with the quality of everything cooked and the absolutely fair price!! The service staff were fast, friendly, and easy-going!! The guests were all satisfied, and we were even more so, for the excellent success of the ceremonies!! I sincerely thank the management and employees!! To say it was excellent is an understatement!! For those who want to go and eat fish in the mountains, it is a pleasant surprise... of course, with reservations well in advance!
