Slipping in with a Roma shirt, it didn't seem to be appreciated. The staff was great though

I discovered it by chance, and I have to say it exceeded my expectations. We ordered a charcuterie board, which served five of us. The first course was fettuccine with porcini mushrooms, and I have to say, it was the best I've ever had. The ravioli with Gorgonzola were also excellent. For the second course, a grilled meat, and the meat was cooked perfectly. I highly recommend it.

La Siesta has been a landmark and historic venue in Sabina for years. The atmosphere is very pleasant and familiar, and the food is excellent. Excellent value for money. The wait times are reasonable. The staff is friendly, courteous, and always make sure everything is running smoothly. Special mention goes to Sandro for his incredible professionalism and efficiency. Truly one of a kind in this profession. Highly recommended.

The quality of the products, the preparation of the dishes, and the service are excellent as always! Sandro is a true professional in skill, class, and friendliness. I can say without hesitation that every evening at La Siesta is a success...you leave wanting to return as soon as possible! Five stars and PRAISE... because I can't give more than that!! Highly recommended Previous review I discovered this place with my husband on February 14th for Valentine's Day, and we've been back often since. Even on busy evenings, wait times were acceptable. I'm only rating the pizza because, so far, we haven't tried the restaurant service, which is also why I'm giving it four stars instead of five. The pizza is good in terms of dough (neither too thin nor too crumb), toppings, and cooking. We recently tried the maxi pizza, which we liked... (probably because it's served on a wooden board, which helps retain heat and flavor longer! Plus, you can choose from a variety of flavors). The assortment of bruschetta is very tasty, with decidedly delicious sauces. The dining rooms are pleasant, used during the winter, while in the summer the tables are set in a lovely garden. Convenient parking. Special thanks to Sandro, who takes care of table service and is affectionately nicknamed "Speedy Gonzales" by my husband and I for his incredible speed! Sandro is highly experienced and manages to be fast, yet attentive to customer requests. He's extremely professional, knowledgeable in his advice, and always available. The prices are fair. I recommend booking because the place is busy even on weekday evenings.

Excellent pizza, but still a varied and qualitative menu. It deserves to be visited. During the summer period you eat outside with the noise of the fountain and the fresh breeze of Terminillo.

Fast and friendly service, good pizza

I only ate the appetizer and the main course (arrosticini) and I must say that it's been a long time since I've eaten such good arrosticini, not even in Abruzzo.

The pizza is excellent, thin and very large. The prices are very reasonable.
