Really nice venue with lovely dishes. Great atmosfeer. excellent service from our waiter, Siliano, a very attentive host

We went to Sieia for dinner and had a wonderful meal. The service was excellent and the waiters were very friendly, including Siliano, who entertained us.

Quiet, welcoming, and intimate atmosphere. Impeccable service. Excellent food. There were four of us, and we were given the option of two tasting menus and two à la carte menus.

We had a wonderful family dinner. The food was delicious, with fast and attentive service. The wine list is good and pairs well with the menu, and we were able to accompany our desserts with good sweet wines, which was a nice touch. A bit overpriced, but acceptable considering the location. The establishment has two distinct areas: on one side, the pizzeria, and on the other, the more formal restaurant. The latter offers a curated menu with haute cuisine, lovely decor, and spacious tables set far enough apart to ensure a quiet evening. There's a small saloon where the pizzeria and restaurant menus can be enjoyed at the same time (which is great for kids and adults). We went 3 times during our vacation and were left a bit disappointed by menu changes and what we were allowed to choose on the last day (pizzeria vs restaurant menus. A good place to return and recharge.

We had a wonderful fine-dining experience and particularly enjoyed the venison in hay and the guinea fowl. The quality of the food was fantastic, and each dish was prepared with great care. The service in the evening was very good—attentive, professional, and friendly. We were initially shown to a table in the corner, but the staff changed it at our request, which we greatly appreciated. The only slight drawback was the somewhat cumbersome telephone communication during the reservation process. However, everything went smoothly on-site, and we had a very pleasant evening.

We had dinner at Sieia last night. The place is very welcoming and well-maintained, as is the menu. We chose the tasting menu, which was truly delicious in every course; the crème brûlé was exceptional! We would also like to give special thanks to Mr. Siliano, who accompanied us throughout the evening and provided us with the best advice and impeccable service! Highly recommended!!!

We were served by Siliano (the waiter with the Tuscan accent), who was very friendly and welcoming. The food was excellent, and the place was beautiful—it's a restaurant, a pizzeria, and a bar.
