Restaurant at the foot of the city gate
On a pilgrimage to Rome, we stopped at this restaurant for dinner. The dishes were tasty and excellent. The tagliata in particular was incredibly tender and flavorful. The price was fair.
Highly recommended.

OK, if you were really searching for a authentic Roman unique experience this is the right place to go. This is not a ordinary kind of food. It’s a tradition that has been kept in safe for so long and only those who already been in the best restaurants in Italy Can understand the importance of the flavors and complexity within the simplicity that the plates offer. I highly recommended those that want to have an immersive gastronomy experience in the heart of Italy to go and enjoy life in the best “La Dolce Vita” style cuisine, this restaurant is the place to be.

it's like being at grandma's house.
very good beautiful very honest prices... a must if you pass through Sutri!
we took 1/2 red wine, water, appetizer, 2 first courses, 2 second courses, 1 side dish for only €58

After years I returned to Sutri and logically I ate at LA SFERA D'ORO. I ate divinely as I remembered. Friendly, polite and above all excellent food.
If you pass through Sutri go there and you will not regret it 👍

Una vera Trattoria Romana, una Trattoria nel senso Nobile del termine ! Ti accolgono con gentilezza i ragazzi che ci lavorano e capisci perché quando conosci il Titolare e sua madre, due persone davvero affabili e con le quali abbiamo chiacchierato piacevolmente e la cui Passione nel gestire questo meraviglioso luogo è palese. Non ho parlato del cibo ? Volevo non farlo per non rischiare di farvici andare e magari non trovare posto noi ma no, si meritano un 10 e lode !!! Per tutto !!! Cibo eccellente e servizio all’altezza ! Non conoscevamo Sutri e questa Trattoria che diventeranno un punto di riferimento per le nostre gite fuori Porta.

Sinceramente potrei definire "una poesia" la loro carbonara e la cacio e pepe. Semplicemente uniche. Grazie a Guido ed a tutti i componenti dello staff, gentili e preparati.
