La Serenella In Re

We stopped at this restaurant during a long hike in the valley. The food served is very good even if not all dishes are typical. The staff is very good, attentive, available for every request and also very friendly. We also asked for generous portions in two dishes and they understood and executed correctly. We weren't crazy about the place as it is very simple and spartan but you can certainly feel the warmth and welcome of the people who work there.

Nothing special, in fact perhaps a little expensive. Close to Switzerland.

Excellent cuisine and portions that make the value for money very good. The environment is nice. The service seemed a little poor to me, I can understand the tiredness, given that I was late, but the customer shouldn't feel it.

Un locale per chi apprezza la sostanza piuttosto che la forma. Ambiante famigliare un po' datato, giardino esterno molto spartano ma con vista sulle belle montagne antistanti, la chicca del locale e' pero' l'ottima cucina casalinga. Tagliatelle al ragu' di cervo N1 della valle, bocconcini di cervo idem. Scaloppine ai funghi assolutamente da provare, buoni gli affettati serviti con pane nero caldo. Insomma dopo anni e anni di frequentazione della val Vigezzo ho trovato un posticino alla buona con cucina ben fatta e prezzi onesti. Grazie ai gentilissimi proprietari e a tutto lo staff e un particolare ringraziamento a Santo che per me e' risultato essere il simpaticone del locale. Torneremo sicuramente😊

I believe that the people who have left negative reviews are people who are a little sad and who don't know how to enjoy life. I can't find a single point against this place. We were lucky enough to enjoy the pizzeria on a very quiet evening, with a familiar and pleasant warmth. The very popular platter of cold cuts and cheeses, complete with freshly baked hot focaccia. The very good pizzas were brought to the table with kindness and a few pleasant words were exchanged with the staff. The icing on the cake was the pleasant company of their kitten who let herself be cuddled on our laps, so if you're squeamish, move on rather than leave an unpleasant review! I would happily return!
