La Scuderia In Varano borghi

After my long journey, I had an appetite for Italian pasta in the evening 😍 This restaurant is attached to the hotel and at first I found it very pleasant that I didn't have to travel far anymore... So I went straight to the opening at 7 p.m. and asked for a table. For me alone. The young man rolled his eyes and asked me, completely horrified, “without reservation”?? So. I ended up getting a table in a corner... Which basically didn't matter to me. I was hungry. After 15 minutes the employee in question came and asked me what I wanted. Friendly was different :-( But I thought to myself…..whatever. The main thing is that I get my tagliatelle :-) They came at some point. The person put down the plate and left... no “enjoy your meal” or anything like that. By now I felt really unwanted :-( My glass of wine was empty at some point - but I wasn't asked if I wanted a new glass... I ordered the bill. He held the piece of paper in front of his nose. Without a word. I paid and left without a word. I was absolutely disappointed. I went to Italy to enjoy the hospitality and good food. Not at La Scuderia :-(

Very beautiful setting. Delicious pizza.

The place itself is beautiful. The waiters are all very young. The boy who welcomed us was shady and at times rude. The appetizer based on tomino...a cheap steal...(being a vegetarian they modified the dish: 15 euros for tomino, rocket and two cherry tomatoes). Disorganized in the release of the dishes... the pizza and the mixed fried food should have come out together: in reality I ate the pizza and when it was almost finished the mixed fried food arrived for my companion. Twenty minutes of waiting to be seen and to order and a coffee (not good, at that) and the bill. I won't be returning. Bad impression and reception.

Amarvelous place with a marvelous atmosphere and a marvelous menu, simple, straightforward, and perhaps even better than soul made given the atmosphere.

If you want to try a different pizza, out of the ordinary (gourmet) it is the ideal place. Don't let the price scare you, because it is absolutely justified by the quality of the ingredients. I always get the pizza to take away but I've also eaten there, absolutely top notch.

Excellent pizzeria with honest price

Excellent pizza and pasta. Very long list of great pizza options. Very friendly staff and nice atmosphere inside a historic stable. They also cater for gluten free pizza (pizza senza glutine) which was fantastic. Best pizza in a long time.

Dinner in a well-renovated environment with details that recall the stables. Not bad pizza and first courses with prices in line with the place. However, the evening was ruined by a huge storm which prevented us from dining outside

We stayed in the Villa Borghi hotel but for dinners we used the La Scuderia restaurant, I give 5 stars because they cannot do more but the guys who run it deserve ten.... Excellent food, particular hospitality and attention towards the customer. I recommend it to everybody.

Un ottimo e piacevole pranzo domenicale di famiglia. Tutto delizioso e ci siamo sentiti propio come a casa ,in un ambiente pulito caldo e accogliente.Il personale è attento e cordiale ,consiglio vivamente. Locale pet friendly ❤️
