Clean, friendly, excellent service, excellent restaurant inside Highly recommended

I booked the room through Check24, and it actually looked like the picture in the ad. When I arrived on the evening of November 11th, there were two people at the reception who were truly touching: my daughter had just bruised her knees, so he acted as first aid while she took care of our check-in. I still had to move my car, and he showed me the way to the parking lot outside. I also wanted to rent a wetsuit for water sports the next day, and they did some research for me. The hotel turned out to be a real four-star hotel, at least, when the two were even kind enough to laugh at my jokes! I immediately felt very comfortable. Thank you very much, and I'd love to come back. Oh, and the WiFi is so fast that I was able to download the internet and sync my Lightroom cloud for the rest of the vacation as a precaution.

The room was a run-of-the-mill, befitting a 2-star hotel: cramped and cramped, not to mention the bathroom! It was probably 10 square meters, shared by three people, for the modest price of €60 per person per night. Terrible value for money. The restaurant appears to be renowned and recommended by the Michelin guide, according to them. Unfortunately, the staff is inattentive to guests' needs and seems annoyed by every request. The quality of the food, compared to the price I paid—2 platters, 2 first courses, and 1 bottle of wine for €130—is far below average. ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED!!

This was the second hotel booked for us on our tour of Sardinia. Again, not one we would have chosen. It's quite the corporate feeling hotel and not for us. But that's our thing. The hotel is very 4 star, with helpful friendly staff, a good breakfast, although the fruit wasn't refilled once the guests ate it all. We chose not to eat in the hotel as the menu was way too fancy. Rooms were comfy and clean. Location wasn't great. We had to get a bus for 20mins to get to the centre of the city, and it's complicated to get the bus in Sardinia. Parking was also a nightmare. Spots at the hotel are first come first serve and you have to be fast to get one. And the streets around the hotel are just the same, with a lot of spots that look like a space but would end up seeing your car towed. Overall we didn't even bother taking pics of the hotel. Very much a hotel for business and not pleasure.

Very nice hotel with parking, which is important in Cagliari! Staff very friendly and competent! The room is also nice, but for a 4-star hotel, it could be a bit more modern.

Needs transportation because it is far from the center, quiet, clean, good breakfast.

We booked a stay in Cagliari at the Sardegna Hotel. The hotel was great, they had a rich breakfast, and professional and positive employees. They willingly advised and helped us with everything. Every day we had our room cleaned. In addition, the hotel has a perfect restaurant and the bus stop is 50 meters from the hotel. If you are not demanding, you can comfortably get to Poetto beach by bus. If you don't want to ride the bus, I recommend renting a car. There are also 2 supermarkets near the hotel. The hotel is located in a quiet residential area. Of course, traffic can be heard through the open window at night, but it didn't bother us.

Welcoming and comfortable rooms. Excellent location. New, beautiful, modern, and very welcoming facility. Excellent restaurant; the chef prepared a tasting menu for us, featuring all typical Sardinian products, from appetizers to dessert and liqueur. Everything was exquisite and refined! TOP staff! Welcoming, helpful, kindhearted, and qualified. We had a car problem at the beginning of our holiday, and everything—and I mean everything—the staff was helpful, available, and truly kind! I highly recommend it! It's rare to find staff like this in hotels!

I didn't give the location 5 stars because you need a car or taxi to get to the center, but the service is a 10 out of 10.
