A genuine trattoria, with local products, such as black pork lard. Various tasty appetizers. Excellent fine ragù. Simple place, but clean and very kind staff.

Mentre si passeggiava siamo stati colpiti dalla location meravigliosa e suggestiva di questo posticino nascosto…abbiamo fatto piu’ che bene!Accoglienza ed educazione impeccabile sembrava di essere a casa!Antipasti ottimi,salumi squisiti idem le bruschette,primi piatti top(i ravioli con la crema di zucca erano un sogno),spezzatino il più buono che abbia mai mangiato la carne si scioglieva in bocca!!!Rapporto qualità prezzo unico!!!Consigliato vivamente ne vale la pena!!!

First culinary experience in Carpine, fully reflecting the excellent quality of the area, simple but tasty cuisine. We took the pasta "i fini fini" with porcini mushrooms and truffle flakes, and the ravioli with ricotta and spinach always with porcini mushrooms and truffle, the rabbit hunter style and the beef stew with sauce, just as good as my grandmother made it …to say good is limiting. I will be back to try the other dishes

17/05/2025: Everything I ate was good and tasty. If it were close to home I would not hesitate to try something else. It gives me the idea that it is a business that works a lot with take-out. Inside, however, there are simple tables where it is allowed to consume on the spot.
12/05/2025: I've been there twice, the first time I had the tiella with octopus and once with escarole, I also always have them in Gaeta in a very famous place there, they are absolutely on par, in fact, better, and then on another occasion I had a first espresso of spaghetti with fresh anchovies, very good, it reminded me of what they do in Sicily. Well done and well done, congratulations...:)

02/06/2025: We had lunch, we had a great time, excellent food and courtesy of the staff in a clean and welcoming environment. The fried food is very good and also the “spaghetti a vongole” are not less… their antipasto del pirata is not bad even if honestly 30 euros is a lot… all in all it is an excellent price/quality ratio… for me promoted…
18/05/2025: At lunch with friends I asked for spaghetti with clams and lupini beans. 5 stars on all fronts. Freshness, pasta cooked, absolutely without sand and with an excellent flavor. Great cordiality and skill in the service. Welcoming and tasteful environment. In the photo you see I had removed part of the clam shells to eat them immediately like this.
