Excellent place to tase the true Bolognese cuisine, including pasta Bolognese and lasagne. Set in a busy but relaxing part of the old city, the restaurant offers a unique character of its own. Service was good, and portions were just right, though the amount of wine served in a glass was rather small. Overall, it is a good place to eat and excellent value for money.

La Locanda del Castello

19/01/2025: They placed us at a table next to a window with a beautiful view, we ate 2 appetizers and 2 first courses, I was unable to savor the taste of the dozzese olives, the fried food was hard, almost burnt, or the oil was too hot or not fresh, even the fried dumplings at the other tables were dark, good first courses.
01/01/2025: Restaurant with a spectacular location in front of the castle, good food, excellent local cured meats, fast and friendly service. To get there you have to park outside the pedestrian entrance about 200 meters away. To return!

07/11/2024: Fast service and everything delicious. Friendly and helpful staff, I've been here several times, because I was on a lunch break during a GWO course. Ideal for a working lunch break
