Returning after a year, I found more or less the same menu as the previous year, the place is still nice but the service is very inattentive and hasty, twice with the same dish the men were served before the ladies, the raw materials are always of good quality but the kitchen seems to have settled into the usual routine good wine list with honest markups, a shame because they could do better, overall the service and cuisine are slightly high

A truly excellent experience. Light, carefully crafted, and high-quality cuisine, with balanced dishes and well-defined flavors. The refined and welcoming atmosphere is ideal for both a relaxing dinner and a special occasion. Attentive and discreet service. I will definitely be back.

In a quiet, well-kept corner of the city center, just behind the main shopping street, a simple yet elegant restaurant with a diverse menu (meat and fish) that appeals to tourists, including a few reinterpretations of traditional dishes. High-quality ingredients and a good wine list. Excellent for a business lunch or a pleasant evening.

I had the pleasure of dining at Ristorante Sarmassa and was truly impressed. The food was excellent, especially the tagliatelle with white truffle, fragrant and perfectly prepared; it was my favorite dish. The atmosphere is quiet, refined, and ideal for enjoying a relaxing day. The staff is friendly, attentive, and never intrusive, making the experience even more enjoyable. A place definitely worth trying, and one I'll gladly return to.

08/01/2026: The place is very nice, the food and the aperitif were good. Unfortunately, we were at a table in front of the DJ, and the music was too loud, making it hard to have a peaceful conversation, which is why it got three stars.

21/10/2025: Fabulous food. Very friendly staff, always smiling.
29/09/2025: Last-minute Sunday lunch. 8 adults and 4 children. Amazing both the welcome and the service. The caponata with chocolate shavings was outrageous, as were the homemade Sicilian desserts. A wonderful discovery. Well done.
