Currently, in my opinion, it's more of a restaurant than a fishmonger, as the service is refined, as is the wine list.
From raw ham to fried or grilled anchovies, I found myself immersed in the flavors of the region, with few flights of fancy... Well done, keep it up...

A guarantee in every way, La Saraghina is an experience of taste and professionalism that few other establishments in the area can offer.

I've been there several times and they've never made a mistake! Great wine list and great quality and freshness of the fish. I recommend it, but it's best to book.

Siamo stati in questo ristorante per festeggiare il nostro anniversario e non potevamo fare scelta migliore. L’atmosfera è accogliente e il personale gentile e attento, ma il vero protagonista è stato il cibo.
Abbiamo iniziato con un delizioso antipasto di cozze: freschissime, saporite e cucinate alla perfezione. Come primo abbiamo scelto i paccheri con le canocchie, un piatto spettacolare che consiglio vivamente: il sapore del mare in ogni boccone, con una pasta cotta al punto giusto e un sugo ricco e ben bilanciato.
È stata un’esperienza davvero piacevole sotto ogni punto di vista. Torneremo sicuramente!

Pescato del vicino adriatico e di stagione (lo stesso che potete trovare appena sbarcato a km zero) cucinato e presentato in modo egregio, in ambiente gradevole e con un servizio cortese.
Le nostre scelte ostrica locale e moleca fritta, gnocchi casalinghi ai 4 pesci (mazzancolle, calamari, scampi e vongole veraci), fritto di pescato vero, in quantità adeguata per dividerlo.
Buona scelta di vini, abbiamo optato per un locale spumante delle sabbie (ottimo).
