La Santeria Pizzicheria-Bistrot In Roma

It's finally reopened! In this wonderful atmosphere, unlike anywhere else. The food, as always, is delicious, and the wines are excellent!

Found while searching for oysters in the area for a whim, this restaurant hides beautiful, well-kept outdoor spaces—a real surprise considering the location! It feels like entering another dimension. It's true that I entered right after opening time (the hour when they don't even expect anyone to enter), but I chose the most beautiful corner and was pampered in a way I'd call regal. Fresh and creative seafood cuisine: the mixed raw fish was excellent, the dishes flavorful and never boring. And challenging! Adequate portions and a fair value. The wine list is decent, even though I only tried the Prosecco, which was very pleasant. This place deserves a visit to explore the various menu options. It also seems dog-friendly; I noticed dogs being welcomed into the dining room as I was leaving. In my opinion, it's unforgettable for a relaxing summer evening with good food!
