Nice vintage atmosphere, friendly welcome from both the young man and the owner. We were there for bagna cauda day, and the bagna was amazing!! They also have a small counter with highly sought-after cheeses and cured meats from all over the world. We'll be back!

I tried this place during the "Bagna Cauda Day" initiative. I'd always (most likely mistakenly) considered this a place for aperitivo. I've changed my mind. The place has two seats facing each other, but I think the dining room is the one without the shop. The staff, Gisella and Paolo, made me feel like I was having lunch with friends. The dishes I tasted were very good. The arancino di panissa was a highlight. An unusual dish was the anchovy ice cream on a slice of bread drizzled with olive oil. I recommend this place to anyone visiting Vercelli and touring the city center. Once you reach Piazza Cavour, you can easily pop into this place without making any detours. Also worth mentioning is the shop selling high-quality local products.

A bit of confusion in the service, ordered from the menu by voice only to then discover that the dish wasn't there.

Very nice and welcoming place. Very kind and courteous staff. High-quality and very tasty products. Everything was delicious. Compliments. The panissa was delicious and the tagliata di carne was TOP. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
