Dinner with friends. We were invited to dinner at this restaurant. The entrance is large, with parking available inside. The dining room was large and welcoming. We had pizza and meat, but what really caught my attention was the spectacular way the cacio e pepe was served. Everything was delicious. The staff who served us were quick, kind, and polite. I enjoyed it and will definitely return.

On September 14, 2025, I had lunch with my family at Ristorante La Sabina Romana. I must say it's an excellent restaurant in the heart of Sabina. The seafood (a lavish appetizer, seafood risotto, and fried fish) was delicious, delicate, and elegantly and luxuriously plated, using high-quality ingredients. In addition to the seafood, we also sampled the desserts, which were also exquisite and elegantly plated. Beyond the delicious food, the restaurant's atmosphere deserves special mention: welcoming, clean, and relaxing. Above all, the staff are very attentive and professional, bringing the dishes to the table and advising customers on the menu. Last but not least, I want to highlight the skill of the owner, Andrea, a longtime friend and a special person. I highly recommend this restaurant.

The restaurant and pizzeria were closed for vacation in June. It's strange. I can't comment on that since I'm on vacation. I hope I'll have better luck next time. P.S. I'm sorry to upset you, but Google Maps showed the place as OPEN. There were no signs in the parking lot or at the entrance. The people at the nearby bar let us know you were on vacation. Maybe if I'd known, I would have come again. You certainly have the right to take vacation, but it's better if your customers know.

A place nestled in the greenery of the landscape with the mountains as a backdrop. Clean, welcoming, with plenty of flowers at the entrance. The staff is not only courteous but, how can I say, genuine and genuine. We're all good at smiling and carrying the dishes, but here they add a touch of extra happiness. And what can I say about the dishes, the homemade pasta, the butter-soft wild boar, and the dessert... All top-quality!
