Saturday morning: walk through the hills with friends and pit stop chatting with focaccia and ancient grain bread accompanied by a good glass of wine. I go down happy with a nice loaf of bread for the family the whole week. Excellent digestibility and flavors of the past. Well done to the baker Stefano!

I went to one of the Saturday mornings organized to have an aperitif, wine, focaccia and bread!
Delightful place in the middle of nature, well looked after, kind and very nice staff... and what about Stefano who prepares bread and focaccia with ancient grains, spelled and other flours? When you say made with love, here I think of him!
Top and highly recommended!

My trusted bakery 😃 bread made with ancient and genuine grains (self-produced and stone-ground spelled and stone-ground Senatore Happi) as it was once done 😊 crispy crust and beautiful internal leavening that make it a bread that retains its freshness at long (after a week it was still delicious) The focaccias are delicious... crunchy base and soft and well seasoned dough on top 😋 my point of reference for Saturday morning refueling 🙏

Stefano's handmade bread is excellent!
The slow leavening and selected grains make it an excellent product that can be kept for several days, like our grandparents' bread!

I didn't stay, but only had lunch. Romagna menu. As an appetizer we chose a simple platter of cold cuts and cheeses: good. Then as first courses a tagliolini with porcini mushrooms and a tagliolini with shallots: these were also good and the porcini mushrooms were fresh. Since the starter and first courses were plentiful, we skipped the second courses and had a vin santo with the house biscuits. I will definitely come back to try the latter.

Good food. The appetizer crostini, pasta and grilled dishes are excellent. Poor service. Left without drinking for the first half hour, an hour of waiting between the first and second course.

What a find this accommodation was. It is ideally situated for exploring the Emilia Romanga region. All the staff were helpful and courteous making our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. Enjoyed a couple of days by the pool, even if it was towards the end of the season. Thanks to all the team.
