13/08/2024: Very popular place, always crowded and noisy. The service is fast, basic, sparse, without too much attention to customers. The pastry shop has a wide choice of products, but the quality is just sufficient. The environment is rather shabby, starting with the cake fridge which has refrigeration problems and this alters the good quality of the products sold. At the counter, a plexiglass panel with pieces of old tape stuck here and there certainly does not give an impression of cleanliness and care. I have been there several times at various times of the year and it has never convinced me, but recently I have noticed a clear worsening. Personally, I wouldn't stay here again, much less recommend it.

The continuous turnover of staff at the bar and pastry shop has made the place vague, management of the customer is not very attentive and there is a constant lack of relaxation where it feels like being in an Autogrill. I have known Alessandro and his family since they had the bar inside the Tigros in Buguggiate. Could give more info on the cafeteria. Since they changed pastry chef, the products are not like before. Prices are expensive if you consider that a brioche can cost up to 2.50 euros. Before ordering, look at the menu.
