La Rustica Pizzeria Trattoria In Lecce

I was recently in this pizzeria and I must say that the place is really very nice, with attention to detail and a welcoming atmosphere. The service was excellent: friendly, helpful and attentive staff, which always makes the difference. The quality of the raw materials is excellent, the attention paid to the choice of ingredients is noticeable. The pizza, however, didn't completely convince me. Maybe we were wrong to choose flavors that were too elaborate - I took the one with mortadella and pistachio - but the dough seemed a little airy and had a slightly rubbery consistency. Probably with simpler flavors you can better appreciate the quality of the dough and the cooking. The dessert however was very good, a truly pleasant surprise that ended the evening in style. Positive note also for the price: decidedly low compared to pizzerias in my area, especially considering the overall quality of the experience.

We had the best pizza we have ever had - delicious, cooked in an iconic pizza oven. Our waitress was lovely and very attentive. If we were in lecce for longer, we would definitely return

Really interesting menu. I only put 4 stars since the plates are very filling. This is the only criticism.....no room for dessert. Service is excellent with multi language menu app making it easy to understand all the choices. Wine and grappa rounded out a nice meal. Very busy with locals on a Spring Wednesday evening.

I have to give 3 stars because unfortunately we have far too many "gourmet" pizzerias where a pizza with a pinch of crumbled tarallo costs €15, I was a regular customer until last week for 3 pizzas, 1 bottle of water and potato croquettes I paid as much as a dinner based on fresh fish... too bad, wonderful place and exquisite staff, the owners are also very kind

Pizza buonissima, sottile e croccante, con impasto leggero e ingredienti freschi. Il locale è accogliente e il personale molto gentile. Servizio veloce e prezzi giusti. Consigliatissima!

La location è stata ristrutturata quasi integralmente. Cambiamento in positivo. Permangono le motivazioni che portavano le persone in questa locale: ottima qualità degli alimenti e personale in sala con grande professionalità e cortesia. Anche se non vi 'scappa', vi consiglio di fare una capatina in bagno: raffinatezza pura!
