La Rustica In Grosseto

We went there early september without reservation. The tables outside were reserved or taken but we were glad we took the table inside because it got a little cold later in the evening. We ate pizza aaand it was really good. Staff was friendly and it seems like its a lovely family business.

The best tuna pizza on the island, although the prices are rather high. The main problem was the wait. Even though we were greeted and told it would take 10-15 minutes for a table inside or outside to become available, we were completely ignored afterward. The restaurant was almost completely empty inside (which we unfortunately didn't notice until later), and only after we approached several waiters did they take care of us. The unnecessary wait before we could even order: 40 minutes!!! It's ridiculous.

Risotto a little too salty, vegetarian pizza €14 a little excessive for what I ate, very few vegetables, almost none and acidic tomato.

Excellent restaurant ..... exceptional first courses, absolutely worth trying, good pizza.

Food is classic Italian and they have fair prices for lunch.

Had a quick lunch here. Loved the pasta and the salad. Overall, loved it and would come back. The waiters are kind but a bit forgettful.

The spaghetti with clams and seafood calamarata were very good. Generous portions. All with a spectacular sunset view. Recommended

They kindly let us have lunch even when the kitchen closed at 3 PM. The food was truly excellent: marinated anchovies with Caprese sauce and peppered mussels. To top it all off, a fantastic spaghetti with clams. We thank you and will definitely be back. Recommended by Italians in the know! The view is breathtaking!
