I recently had the opportunity to try this restaurant, booking through The Fork to take advantage of their discounts. However, the experience was disappointing. Let's start with the service: only one waitress, unwelcoming and inattentive to the tables (despite the practically empty dining room). To get the missing dishes, one of us had to get up and ask for them ourselves. The quality of the food was poor: the lasagna was warm on the edges and cold on the inside, and the platters were disappointing. The tagliatelle, on the other hand, were very good. I still expected a better experience. Unfortunately, the value for money was terrible, even with The Fork's discount. I don't think I'll try again. Update to the restaurant's response: Thank you for your reply. However, I'd like to clarify a few things. The fries were ordered with the other dishes, but we had to ask for them again because they never arrived. The reorder you mention was for the gnocco fritto (which was definitely not unlimited as advertised). Furthermore, the lasagna wasn't completely consumed, contrary to what was claimed. I'd also like to point out that we arrived at 7:20 PM and were left outside the restaurant until it officially opened at 7:30 PM. Upon opening, we were given no greeting or apology for the wait. This kind of impersonal treatment might be expected at a fast food restaurant, but not at a place that aims to offer a different experience.

A place with more potential, but lacking a bit of clarity and something more original. I booked on The Fork with a promotion, but only discovered on the spot that many items weren't included in the promotion, when it should have been stated on the booking website. If the entire table doesn't order the promotional dishes, no one gets a discount. They offer an aperitif with a platter and a drink for €10 and then add a €3 cover charge. The food and prices are average and very similar to a well-known chain in Emilia. The place honestly needs a boost. Given the response, I simply asked for transparency regarding what was published on The Fork. Please only indicate what the promotion is. If you list the full menu, it's misleading. I didn't demand anything; I asked, and then I chose to eat à la carte, without arguing and paying what you asked for. I also said that in my opinion you have potential, and I wasn't rude at all. I didn't give you a 1... I gave you a 3... but obviously, if they don't give you a 5, you'll respond that way. Regarding places that offer aperitifs, I assure you that there are places in the area that offer them without a cover charge; they just raise the price a bit. I didn't order anything that could have been frozen, in any case... I would have gone back to try something else... but after your response, I'll avoid it.

Good cutting boards at all in all honest prices. Extremely slow service. Paper tablecloths and napkins. With the cutting boards, not even an (empty) plate is brought to be able to manage tigelle, sauces and cold cuts. "Cold" atmosphere and service; there is almost never a waiter in the room to be able to satisfy any customer requests. Not recommended

Very good tigelle, fresh and quality affection. Great place to eat but also for an aperitif. The staff were really friendly and nice.

In quattro amici invece del solito fast food approfittando di una promozione abbiamo scelto questo locale. Abbiamo scelto il menù giro, un tagliere a testa colmo di affettati gustosi, un assaggio di formaggi, verdure e una serie di salsine varie, tigelle e gnocco fritto a volontà. Un buon lambrusco amabile. Locale ancora da rifinire prima dell'inaugurazione. Grande soddisfazione. Il prezzo buono con le promo.

Ottima qualità del cibo, affettati buonissimi, gnocco fritto leggero, tigelle perfette. Il locale è spazioso e con un bellissimo spazio esterno per la bella stagione. Lo consiglio, oltretutto sono buoni anche i prezzi.

Very simple location, clean, friendly staff. Really good tigelle, dumplings fried like a cloud, very light, excellent quality cured meats, with a very strong flavour. We did all you can eat, first we received a platter each with 5 different cold cuts and 2 pieces of cheese, various sauces for all and a portion of tigelle and fried gnocco; then once we finished that, we reordered and this time we received a cutting board to divide among everyone, with different cold cuts always accompanied by a portion of tigelle and gnocco. Excellent quality of ingredients.
