More than a review, a big thank you is needed! I booked for a "blind" ceremony on the advice of a dear friend. I went to make a menu with the guys on the staff and from a wide choice they were able to advise me on the best solution. But the surprise was seeing them at work! Not only was the fish very fresh, the service fast to the right point, the staff very professional and courteous (something not so obvious at the ceremonies I have been to recently), but they were wonderfully precise and correct, there were no surprises on the bill, and when Ezio came out to fillet the fish personally, in front of the guests, we were all amazed. Ah, I think I have never eaten a better millefeuille in my life! Thank you all for the splendid impression you made on us, next time I will not hesitate to come back to you! You are fantastic
