Old-fashioned furnished rooms. Beds really need to be renovated. Otherwise fine hotel. Beautifully located on the beach.

Clean rooms with non-central air conditioning. Very friendly staff and is available, dream location just go down the stairs to get to the sea. Dinners and lunches with panoramic sea view. dream place. More than positive experience, I will return

Magnificent experience last August 10th for the night of San Lorenzo with the friends of #AstroGargano. Dinner at sunset on the veranda of the Hotel with sea view and immediately afterwards Astronomical Observation led by the good #Nunzio and dozens of shooting stars passed over our heads! The only negative thing... It all went by too quickly 😀. We will be back.

Rooms with a view of the olive tree are probably different, but this is what we got. No Internet in the room, one 230V socket for the entire room. Swimming cap required for 2.5 Euro.

Passing through Mattinata for one night we chose this hotel for its location and our expectations were met. Having read the reviews, we were prepared for the rooms to be dated, as they actually are, but I must say that they are still clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and on the terrace facing the sea an added value! The sea is made of large pebbles, so beach shoes are essential, but it is very beautiful and can be accessed with a few steps directly from the hotel so you can stay on the deckchairs by the pool and go for a swim in the sea without booking the equipped beach ( and perhaps crowded). In short, if you are not expecting a luxury hotel, it is worth a stay.
