A restaurant serving fresh, high-quality panzerotti, prepared on-site, very well located in Polignano's main square. It's a shame the staff is so unfriendly, unwelcoming, and uncommunicative, unable to even explain what they're selling. Yet the panzerotti itself is very good, rich in ingredients, and generous portions. We also noticed some customers receiving dishes that weren't listed on the menu; how are we supposed to order them if the staff doesn't communicate and they're not on the menu?

Delicious panzzerotti, a feast made from a ball of dough to a wonderful dish. Fresh ingredients, the lovely lady makes the panzerotti and fry them on the spot, using thin, crispy dough. Great selection and prices. Highly recommended.
