Panzerotti made to order, hot, well-seasoned, and very tasty.
With the fryer directly visible from the dining room, I highly recommend takeout only, especially in the summer when the temperature inside rises significantly.

A casual eatery on the Bourbon Bridge where you can sample traditional Apulian panzarotto, freshly made, and more.
Friendly staff and excellent value. Highly recommended.

If this place didn't exist, they'd have to invent it! A spectacular panzerotto!
Various flavors, both classic and unusual.
We tried the one with sausage and truffle stracciatella and the one with capocollo and sun-dried tomatoes. They were FABULOUS!
Luckily, we live 900 km away, or we'd eat one every day.

Delicious panzerotto with a breathtaking view
We tried both the classic and the special panzerotto: both were truly delicious, perhaps better than the classic, and well-made. The place has a somewhat touristy feel, but overall the experience was more than positive. What made it even better was the opportunity to enjoy it just steps from the splendid view of Lama Monachile. Recommended for a traditional snack with an unforgettable panorama.

Tried La Rotellina and it didn’t disappoint. I had the polpette and a panzerotto filled with brasciola. My friend had the one with capocollo and also enjoyed it. The vibes were chill, nothing over the top, but definitely pleasant. Solid spot overall. Would recommend.
Nos apetecía un bocado de lite en la tarde así que vinimos a este maravilloso café local para una delicia local estos pastosos como la comida pero cocinados en forma de donut eran la perfección absoluta
¡Tenía uno de pescado que era increíble!

Imperdibile sosta a Polignano a Mare per assaporare un panzerotto davvero eccellente: fritto leggero, poco unto, con ripieno abbondante e di qualità. Che dire? Un motivo in più (fra i tantissimi) per tornare a Polignano.
