Excellent Panzerotti for a very good quality/price ratio! The service is fast, the place is very well located, in the heart of Polignano. I recommend it!
La Rotellina is the spot for panzerotti right in front of Lama Monachile. The quality is great — freshly made, tasty, and worth trying. The view couldn’t be more iconic, with the cliffs and sea right in front of you. The only downside is the long queue; be prepared to wait before you can enjoy yours. Still, definitely a must-try if you’re in Polignano a Mare.

We've tried panzerotti, which was incredbile. However, whilst waiting for our food I have noticed that the stuff doesnt follow any hygiene rules. Lady first cleaned her nose with a tissue than sneezed into her hands thereafter started to prepare more panzerotto(cut and lay the filling). That was disturbing, luckily my food was made before her arrival. Its a small space with limited sitting so we bought our food and ate it by the sea.

La Rotellina in Polignano a Mare stands out for several reasons. The place is beautiful and decorated with great attention to detail. The welcome and service were impeccable.
The real highlight are the panzerotti: they're freshly prepared and you can choose from a wide variety of fillings. The ones we tried were incredibly tasty, fried to perfection, and light.
The price is average for the area and absolutely justified by the quality. Highly recommended for a tasty break!

Nos apetecía un bocado de lite en la tarde así que vinimos a este maravilloso café local para una delicia local estos pastosos como la comida pero cocinados en forma de donut eran la perfección absoluta
¡Tenía uno de pescado que era increíble!
Ver al personal haciendo esto fue un placer.

Buonissimo, panzerotto molto buono, un fritto ben pulito e che non si sente, se siete di passaggio fate pure una tappa qui, che non ve ne pentirete.
