If you are looking for a place where you can eat well, especially at lunch (because it was at lunch that I met them), look at how full the car park is... This is Umberto (Berto to his friends), one of the owner brothers, 40 years old cook, now retired, and is the first to welcome you in the square, taking away the trouble of looking for a place for the car. Then you enter and find an almost familiar, easy-going environment, like entering the homes of ordinary people. Nothing refined or sophisticated. Indeed, everything is functional and essential. Because you come here to eat, not to show off, with ultra-starred cuisine, artistic dishes for palates so refined that you no longer even understand what's on your plate and can boast of where you've been afterwards. No, here we eat as we speak and we speak as we eat. Simple recipes, the same as always. Because ordinary people stop to eat here, the authentic ones, the ones who work. Those people who, since they spit their soul out at work, at least at the table need the comfort of true and genuine flavours. And all this is not missing here, on the contrary... In fact, whoever stops here, then on the way out has the decency to also say thank you, a custom that is no longer very common nowadays.
