The best pastries I've ever eaten in my entire life, the pastry chef must be really good!
They are small in size, the pastry and filling creams are always very fresh, as is the icing that covers some varieties and the fruit present on others, of the highest quality, unlike many other pastry shops which instead serve large and coarse pastries in appearance and consistency. and flavor, often excessively filling, when it is not, on the contrary, so poor as to be imperceptible.
At Rosa Blu each ingredient is perfectly dosed, expertly integrated with the others, to form sweet delicacies that delight the senses with their freshly baked aroma and the excellent taste that distinguishes every product created here.
It is only unfortunate that on weekdays, or in some hours close to closing, the choice is limited to the classic cream puffs, cannoncini or fruity ones, often still in the preparation phase and yet to be displayed, for this reason it may be necessary to wait a few minutes, even if It's certainly worth the wait, which will always be rewarded!
Coffee cream puffs are my favorite specialty, as well as some other types which unfortunately are only available during the holidays (also to order, but as I live a short distance away it usually happens that I pass by and decide to stop in at the same time).
The place is cozy, small in size; in the room next door there is a small shop that also serves as a delicatessen. I haven't tried these products yet, but I'm sure that if they are equal to desserts, they will be divine.
