Leaving the spa, we looked for a nearby pizzeria and it was a pleasant discovery, rated 8+.
The place is a bit hidden, an old-fashioned restaurant with a few modern touches.
The whole-wheat pizza was excellent, and the classic one was good.
We also had a first course and second courses with sides, both simple but tasty.
The waitress was very kind and helpful, but unfortunately she was alone in the dining room and the service was a bit slow.
A little background music (radio or TV) would have been nice.
Prices are moderately low.

The "La Romantica" pizzeria and restaurant is located just outside the village of Oliveto Citra. The restaurant is spacious and features a spacious outdoor terrace, ideal for warmer weather. We enjoyed an excellent pizza, fragrant and richly topped, served in a half-meter loaf, with a choice of three flavors. The mixed meats were well-cooked and plentiful. I recommend the homemade desserts, soft and delightfully delicate.

"La Romantica" is a pizzeria and restaurant located in the lower part of Oliveto Citra. The atmosphere is pleasant, the dining room spacious, and there's also an outdoor area. The pizza is truly excellent, with a fragrant dough and generous toppings; I recommend the half-meter pizza, with a choice of three flavors. The meat was also flavorful, well-cooked, and plentiful. The dessert was delicious, creamy and delicate.

Sono stata alla Romantica e mi sono trovata davvero bene. Ambiente accogliente, personale gentile e cibo ottimo. Ho provato la pizza a metro ed era deliziosa. Prezzi giusti per la qualità. Ci tornerò volentieri.

Questo posto c'è stato consigliato da un altro ristoratore. Devo dire che siamo stati accolti con gentilezza e disponibilità, abbiamo preso una pizza come antipasto,un primo ed un secondo, vino e acqua il tutto molto buono. Il prezzo è è stato di 19,00 Euro persona. Lo consiglio.
