Amazing gelato! The texture is so smooth and creamy, and the flavors are absolutely delicious. They also offer some unique and interesting flavors to try. Even with a line of customers, the staff stayed friendly and welcoming. The prices are also very good for such quality gelato starting from only around €3.

La Romana is a guarantee, considering that I generally don't like fresh artisanal ice cream, if I pass through Varese I can't help but get an ice cream from Romana.

Bad experience! After a 15 minute queue, you arrive at the cash register and are told that they no longer make crepes at 10.40pm because they close at 11pm. A little advice... warn customers who are waiting in line, especially at that time and with their children.

Well-known ice cream chain present around Italy. Let's say that if you want to be on the safe side, both in terms of ice cream and desserts in general (single portions, crepes, yogurt and so on), this is the right place.
Friendly and quick staff, excellent quality/price ratio and always plentiful quantity of ice cream. The chocolate pouring into the cone (with crunchy wafer) is inevitable.
Only note: update the opening times on Google because I often come in the evening and find you closed...

The best ice cream ever. Excellent product quality. I'm no ice cream expert, but this is undoubtedly objective...it's delicious. Compared with other good quality ice cream parlors, there is no comparison with the ROMANA. RATING 10 AND PRAISE. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED...IT'S TRULY WORTH IT!!!!!! TOPPPPPP!!!

Ice cream shop in the centre, with the possibility of paid parking on the street. It has a small internal space, with a couple of tables, and a table also outside, under the porticoes. The environment is clean and welcoming, however the space is limited. It offers artisanal ice creams with seasonal ingredients, with a variety of very particular flavours. The crepes are excellent, available with both classic and cocoa dough, which can be customized in the filling. In general the ingredients used in the preparations are of excellent quality. The service is fast and attentive, the staff very kind. The quality/price ratio is generally adequate, with the exception of the water which is really too expensive.
