25/08/2024: I had the pleasure of dining in a truly special restaurant in the heart of Otranto, an experience that exceeded all expectations. The venue is a true jewel, characterized by an elegant and welcoming atmosphere, perfectly in line with the beauty of the surrounding context. One of the aspects that impressed me the most was the service. The waiter Mattia who followed us throughout the evening was impeccable: professional, courteous and always available to satisfy our every request with a sincere smile. He was able to best advise us on dishes and wines, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the menu and local products. The cuisine was simply exceptional. Each dish was an explosion of flavours, prepared with the freshest ingredients and presented with almost artistic care. The combination of tradition and innovation has managed to create a culinary experience that I will not easily forget. From first courses to desserts, everything was perfect. In conclusion, I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who is in Otranto and wants to experience an evening of good food and high-class service. A place where taste and elegance meet to create an unforgettable experience.

The restaurant room is located in a well-kept garden in the historic center of Otranto where you can dine in peace while tasting balanced dishes, carefully presented and served with care.
To welcome you in the room, in addition to Valentina and Mattia (the nicest waiter there is), young guys who are polite, smiling and available in satisfying customer requests who will be able to explain and advise you on the menu proposals enriched by some dishes from the day which vary based on the availability of the catch.
Chef Sirio and his team offer a menu that enhances and enhances the authentic taste of top quality ingredients, trying to enhance some products and dishes of typical Apulian cuisine.
I returned for dinner a few days ago with friends and we tasted several courses, including prawn crudités, cuttlefish salad and caramelized octopus on brown bread chips, goat cheese mousse, edible flowers (super recommended). Also noteworthy is the cod with black chickpeas, sautéed broccoli, chilli pepper fillets, tomatoes.
I will definitely come back because you are synonymous with quality and you know how to make the customer feel at home by offering them the right attention.
