Delicious pizza: thin, fragrant, and decidedly Roman. I recommend the fried calzone, in my opinion one of the best in Lecce. Every time I happen to pass near Viale Marche, Mr. Giampiero's 'La Romana' is a must-try!

06/09/2025: Fabulous place. First of all, it has very convenient parking, which is always a plus 😜 for those coming from Gallipoli or by car. But it's also very convenient to walk here if you're on vacation like my wife and I and happen to be sleeping nearby. Comfortable seating, beautiful lighting. Varied menu. The sales assistants are very friendly and professional. Everything is delicious 😋🤩
03/09/2025: We had dinner with friends the last few days. The fish was excellent quality, fresh and deliciously cooked. Recommended.

15/06/2026: The counter clerk/owner was very kind and super helpful. The waitress had gotten the ingredients wrong in the sandwich, but I preferred to continue eating it without having them remake it. When it came to the bill, the owner gave me a free bag with another sandwich with the correct filling that I had ordered. Excellent customer service. Much appreciated! Affordable prices. We only spent 23 euros for 3 of us 😁
