It is simply history mixed up with legendary success stories written by 19 years old young man who over 40 years back left his home town HOMS( Syrian city) to Italy with little less than USD 500 in his pocket . Now Chef Maher Madwar owns this restaurant, and he made the most delicious Italian original pizza i have ever tested , but Chef Maher never forgets where he came from. You can test the same in his pizza . Please whenever you visits Modena / Bologna try this restaurant.
