Very picturesque location on the ancient summit of Sassoferrato adjacent to the thousand-year-old fortress, very characteristic rooms with wooden beamed ceilings and stone walls, young, smiling and attentive staff, good quality and well presented local food and flavours, I would exclude the pizzeria option seen very delicious local flavors to enjoy

Composed as follows: ENTRY Welcome entrée APPETIZERS Cuttlefish tagliatelle, quinoa, fennel, frozen pomelo Corn on the cob, sea gel, corn cob essence, oyster granita Octopus, pumpkin, almonds and fried sage FIRST Tortelli made for us, prawn tartare and clam water SECOND Grilled cuttlefish, black cabbage and cuttlefish liver PREDESSERT Lollipop mint basil and lime DESSERT Aerated chocolate, savory crumble, PGI Piedmontese hazelnut cream and pistachio ice cream. - Price 60 euros per person, excluding wine and coffee!!!! Everything perfect, impeccable service, excellent dishes presented in a masterful way, maximum attention to detail and attention to the customer!!! It is no coincidence that the restaurant came first in the episode of 4 Restaurants in Senigallia, presented by Alessandro Borghese!!! I recommend everyone to eat at Bruna Bistro'!!!!
