We stopped in after visiting the Frasassi Caves. We stayed a bit longer, tempted by the reviews of this restaurant. The place is truly beautiful. The place was packed, but the very kind staff found us a spot right away. Despite being packed, the service was very quick. Extremely good food. Lovely evening!

04/11/2025: Nestled among the alleys of the charming village of Corinaldo, on the Scalinata della Polenta (Polenta Stairway). Quality dishes are freshly prepared, so a reasonable wait is a must. Impeccable service from the tireless and highly efficient waitress (how does she do it?). The potato flan with truffle, egg, and parmesan is "to die for."
