C’è una parola inglese che è difficile da tradurre, ‘cosy’. Confortevole, caldo e rilassante potrei avventurarmi a tradurla. La Rocca Guelfa è così. Mangiare la sera all’aperto nella piazzetta o d’inverno nella veranda così bene illuminata. La pizza napoletana è un’esperienza, ma i polipettti alla Luciana è un esperienza dell’anima oltre che del palato. Per capire se un posto ha l’x-factor chiedete gli spaghetti al pomodoro e basilico (fuori menù) e capirete cosa intendo

Nice place located right near the Rocca, we wanted to try the buffalo mozzarella but it was finished (a good sign means that it is appreciated :-)), we had bruschetta, very good tagliatelle with meat sauce and mixed grill.

Pizzeria restaurant.. beautiful location on the walls of Castelguelfo in Bologna.. The pizza was excellent, but the other dishes were also good, the staff were friendly, the prices were average

07/08/2024: We didn't stay but only enjoyed the restaurant. We had dinner with the fixed menu formula. Very friendly staff. The dishes are quite varied in quality. Good but not excellent value for money.
29/07/2024: We went to the restaurant and, as has been our tradition for years, we come to eat the typical dishes, highly recommended!!

04/08/2024: Without great pretensions. Rather poor assortment. Helpful and polite staff. Affordable and low prices. A medium level place.
19/07/2024: Very nice place and above all in an area served by car parks. Friendly staff ready to accommodate any of our requests. At the end they also offered us house liqueurs (not something to be taken for granted in Bologna!). We were struck by the originality of the cutting boards on which the 40cm or 80cm or 120cm bruschettas are served. Furthermore, the types of warm and hot bruschetta are many and highly seasoned. Highly recommended for families, dinners with friends or as a couple.
