Excellent food, welcoming place, disappointing service. When I asked to move the air conditioning louvers so they wouldn't be pointed at me during dinner, the waitress, looking annoyed, replied that she would ask the manager and then never returned. It was obvious she was new to the business... the same request was made to another waitress, who immediately grabbed the air conditioning remote and adjusted the direction of the louvers as requested.
