We had already been to this restaurant several times, always finding excellent food on the lake shore, with attentive and very kind staff. Today, since we had not booked in advance, they made us sit outside in the bar area and warned that we could only take a few dishes, since the restaurant was full. We had mixed bruschetta and fried lake fish for two, all good, even if in the fried fish, to my taste, there were too many lattarini. The negative point, however, came when it came to the bill: 69 euros for two plates of bruschetta, two fried fish, half a liter of house wine and two coffees seemed a bit too much.

Very good food, friendly staff ready to explain each composition of the dish and excellent location facing the lake, what can I say I hope to return soon.

One of my favorite restaurants. Lake fish. Produced at km 0, cooked in a superb way. Nice atmosphere, friendly and competent staff. Super recommended!

Ristorante molto molto interessante, che ho scoperto durante la nostra visita, accompagnati da parenti che vivono in zona e che erano già clienti. Si mangia pesce locale, di lago ovviamente, visto che il ristorante si trova proprio a bordo lago. Non tutti apprezzano il pesce di lago o magari in molti lo sottovalutano, qui invece, oltre alla chiarissima freschezza del prodotto, lo sanno lavorare benissimo, rendendolo particolarmente gustoso. Abbiamo assaggiato numerosi piatti, dagli antipasti, passando per i primi fino ai secondi, tutti assolutamente speciali. Il prezzo non è basso (anche se onestamente non avendo pagato non conosco il totale del pranzo) ma tornerei volentieri, anzi ci torneremo sicuramente, nonostante un problema col vino che il cameriere ha risolto, ma dopo una notevole insistenza da parte nostra e con una certa riluttanza da parte sua.

Lakefront restaurant, very nice atmosphere, professional and fast service and excellent cuisine! The dishes are very particular and modern and presented in a scenic way, as well as perfectly explained by the head waiter. Practically a gourmet restaurant at very normal prices. I recommend it!

Not knowing the place, we went to check the comments/reviews. It was actually a good choice. Well-plated food, beautiful to look at and excellent to taste, especially the Whitefish fillet with Apple and Citrus Mostarda and Bitter Orange Marmalade Friendly and pleasant staff. Advised

Una bella location in riva al lago di Bolsena, un menu di pesce con ottime materie prime e esecuzione, la lista dei vini contiene anche vini naturali e il tutto con un servizio molto efficiente e cortese. Ottima esperienza.
