I have visited many restaurants but this stay was special. Great food and a very nice atmosphere. The service was also very friendly and attentive. Absolute recommendation.

Dinner with friends, we only found a place outside as we only booked a few hours before. All excellent, and at fair prices. The interior is very beautiful, characteristic and well-kept. The only downside is the flies outside, but this doesn't depend on the restaurant. We will return and recommend it without a doubt.

2 of us tried this restaurant on Monday evening and let's start from the positive aspects: Very nice and characteristic environment, practically all in wood like a beautiful mountain hut. Very courteous and smiling staff. We took pizzocheri for €11, which were good barley soup €8 very delicate and good Polenta with cheese fondue and mushrooms €15, also good but heavy (as it should be😂) Venison salmi and polenta €20, which unfortunately I have to say is a little too tasty for my tastes even if the meat was tender but the sauce was really too tasty. Service a little too fast, the dishes arrived after 2 minutes and we didn't have much breathing room between first and second courses. The bill, for what we got plus a medium beer and a water, was €67. Perhaps a little too much for the portions (especially for the venison salmi) but still satisfied overall.

Excellent service, friendly staff, traditional Valtellina dishes.

Returned to this place for the second time. Rediscovered the same excellent quality of cuisine and service as two years ago. Wines from renowned Valtellina producers with brands positioned in different quality, taste and price ranges. Worth a visit (even two...)

A timeless location...raw wood from floor to ceiling, excellent, fast and very courteous service. Handmade tagliatelle with excellent and abundant game ragù, truly a delicacy, I will return to try more... thank you

Very good food but service much too long and not friendly!!

Came for dinner with friends. The atmosphere was great in an otherwise very quiet Bormio in June. Food was very good and varied - The group had everything from steak to pasta and all was excellent. Nice selection of local wines. Would go again

Si prenota grazie a Whatsapp. Un grande chalet, tutto in legno, come si capisce dal nome è un locale ricavato da una vecchia segheria. All'ingresso c'è un anticamera con una scultura in legno dedicata a Valentino rossi, peccato che subito all'ingresso c'è la toilette, per accedere alle sale bisogna scendere delle scale, nel primo ambiente c'è un particolare il pavimento fatto con sezioni di tronchi di legno. Ambiente grande e pulito. Servizio cordiale, buono e abbastanza veloce. Piatti tipici buoni e abbondanti consiglio gli sciatt, buonissimi, mi ha deluso un po' il vino della casa. Prezzi buoni, qualche euro in meno rispetto alla media di Bormio.
