Good quality food, with fresh ingredients and expertly prepared according to tradition. Service is prompt, but anonymous, lacking the warmth and welcome a mountain dinner deserves! A typical Bormio restaurant, with wood and stone interiors. It's a shame the disco radio played in the background during dinner, which definitely doesn't match the atmosphere of a relaxing dinner!

The place and staff were friendly and helpful. We had an appetizer of cured meats and local produce, which was excellent. For our main course, we had polenta and venison stew, and veal stew with polenta and porcini mushrooms. Everything was delicious, except the venison, which was too strong for my personal taste. The desserts were delicious.

We first visited "La Rasiga" a year and a half ago, and since we had fond memories of it, we decided to return: we remembered it well!! Excellent food, friendly yet informal service, and a welcoming and quaint atmosphere! Book well in advance because it's always very busy. We'll definitely be back.

The gluten-free sciatt were very good, the pizzoccheri lacked a bit of flavor, and the ribs were a bit dry. The polenta taragna was good and flavorful.
The place is very beautiful and has an Alpine theme, with friendly and fast service.

I dined at "La Rasiga Bormio" with my girlfriend, opting for the full tasting menu. Generous portions (we struggled to get to the last course), impeccable service (young, attentive, and knowledgeable waiters), and a delightful, rustic, and welcoming location. I highly recommend this restaurant for those who want to try traditional Valtellina cuisine and try more of the local specialties!

A quaint restaurant serving excellent traditional Valtellina dishes. It's located in a quiet area, easily accessible on foot, just a few minutes from the pedestrian area.
