La Quintana In Vidigulfo

We were here on March 8th for the wedding of our dear friends, it was a beautiful day, everything was excellent, very good and abundant food, serious and qualified staff, and a beautiful location. Unfortunately, an unpleasant event happened where many guests, after the wedding, felt ill (my husband, me and some guests did not). But the even more unpleasant event, in my opinion, was casting a restaurant that has been working excellently for many years in a bad light without having any evidence in hand. It could have been all or nothing, or simply an intestinal virus from some guest that was then transmitted to the others. I repeat, my husband and I ate everything and a lot and we had a great time, if it had been something bad, it would have hurt us and the other guests who had a good time. With this I conclude by saying that I highly recommend this place and that I will definitely return.

I'm not one who likes to review, if something isn't right I clarify it directly with the owners. On March 8th I celebrated my wedding with them, the lunch lived up to my expectations including the guests. Unfortunately on Sunday night and Monday many people did not feel well, with symptoms of nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and chills, many rightly thought of spoiled food. I tried to clarify by interviewing each person individually and communicating that you have owners who are kind and at the same time concerned about the fact. I also heard from an acquaintance who works in departments dedicated to these situations who explained to me the difference between food poisoning and intestinal flu. I would also add that 72 hours later my wife was also unwell with the same symptoms described previously similar to food poisoning but fortunately not caused by them but by an intestinal virus. I and other guests who didn't have any symptoms ate practically everything, I only skipped the roast but because I was full. "I have health problems and I have to be super careful about what I eat, if there had been something spoiled I probably would not only have been sick but seriously gone to hospital." I'm just saying that before giving a sentence or blaming someone, inform yourself well, sometimes exchanging Rome for Toma doesn't take much. I will definitely and certainly return to this splendid restaurant which prepared a splendid feast for me thanks to all the staff.

I celebrated Women's Day with my friends in this restaurant and I must say it was a great choice! The place is welcoming, with an atmosphere that immediately put us at ease. The food was really excellent, tasty dishes and attention to every detail. The variety of desserts was so wide that we couldn't resist and had seconds! The service was impeccable, we felt truly pampered. An experience that I recommend to anyone who wants to spend a special evening!

samantha quartieri5/5un attimo fa su  Google Siamo stati alla Quintana molte volte, oggi, per la quarta occasione di festa (due volte a Natale e due a Pasqua), diversi pranzi/cene di compleanno e, come sempre, si mangia molto bene, i proprietari, una splendida famiglia,sono molto gentili e super accoglienti! Nonostante oggi avessero quasi 400 persone per il pranzo di Natale, tutto è stato impeccabile! Personale di sala gentile, attento e veloce nulla è arrivato freddo, pranzo ottimo (come sempre). A presto e grazie!

Come consuetudine da alcuni anni, io e la mia famiglia festeggiamo le ricorrenze personali, a cui teniamo particolarmente, e le festività al ristorante LA QUINTANA, a Vidigulfo (Pv) frazione Mandrino. Pranzo di Natale! Antipasti ricercati ed elaborati, super! Due primi: risotto buonissimo ai funghi con nocciole sbriciolate e ravioli al brasato gratinati, altrettanto saporiti. Due secondi: vitello tenerissimo, accompagnato da verdure calde e cappone ripieno, molto molto buono. Per concludere, panettone e pandoro con una crema di mascarpone che, buona così, non si mangia da nessuna parte… la proprietaria, Signora Luciana, dice che è una ricetta di famiglia e va “protetta “…giusto! Serviti anche mandarini con frutta secca. I vini, che hanno accompagnato il pranzo, selezionati e di ottima qualità, come gli spumanti finali. L’atmosfera dell’ambiente è calorosa e signorile come l’accoglienza.
