A very nice surprise. Nice restaurant, fast service, very pleasant waiter and finally I have never eaten such delicious and garnished pinse. As they say in France (unbelievable)

An absolutely exclusive cuisine, not replicable anywhere else, composed of a variety of choices and absolutely excellent quality of preparation. Friendly and cheerful staff members, extremely efficient service. Extremely reasonable prices compared to the quality. Highly recommended.

We ate some really excellent pinsa! Nowadays everyone praises long leavening and high hydration, but then the result is not always excellent...at Alchemico it is in all respects. Even though we had dinner late (in this regard we thank that with extreme kindness they made us sit despite the hour), the digestion was not affected and this is synonymous with quality and valid production processes. There are pinsa for all tastes and the combinations of the condiments are really well done. Congratulations, keep it up and you will satisfy many palates, having great satisfaction too. Beautiful atmosphere and nice to observe the complicity between the employees!

Nice and friendly guys, so great service. The pinsas, both the classic and the "alchemic" ones, are delicious and well thought out, with excellent digestible dough (and for a person who suffers from reflux, that's a lot!).

Finally a Pinsa that deserves to be enjoyed in all its aspects of the proposed menu. Soft dough, quality raw materials, excellent service and average price. I will return many times.

27/04/2025: Now a permanent place when I go to Tivoli. All 5 stars. Bread, pizza, fried foods and staff. Crazy!
24/04/2025: The pizzas and focaccias by the slice (mushrooms and sausage, porchetta, the simple margherita) are very good and crunchy, but the bread is even better: the white and cereal loaves were preserved perfectly even in the days following purchase. The lady who served us was kind. A funny thing is how the word "speck" is written in the menu (but also noticed in other exercises from a certain parallel down 😁). Great feature is that it opens as early as 6 in the morning!

21/04/2025: Everything is excellent but the price needs to be lowered in my opinion
18/04/2025: It is the second time I go to this place (I live in Friuli) and I was, like the first time, pleasantly surprised by everything. Good food, courtesy at the highest levels, truly excellent menus for celiacs and prices in line with the quality and quantity, all in a beautiful lively village with a beautiful view. A place that will certainly remain in my thoughts in the event of a return to Montecelio.
