Very friendly and helpful staff.
The pinsa wasn't particularly exciting in my opinion: not very flavorful but well-leavened.
In this context, I'd definitely recommend it again to try the rest of the menu.

I highly recommend this place, Don Bosco area, Tuscolana. The staff are great, prepared and very kind. Last night was yet another special event I did with them and now I can only say that Alchemico is a sure thing for me. Very good beers and food, top quality ingredients and top service. Come on! 💪🏼😃😃😃

An absolutely exclusive cuisine, not replicable anywhere else, composed of a variety of choices and absolutely excellent quality of preparation. Friendly and cheerful staff members, extremely efficient service. Extremely reasonable prices compared to the quality. Highly recommended.

We ate some really excellent pinsa!
Nowadays everyone praises long leavening and high hydration, but then the result is not always excellent...at Alchemico it is in all respects.
Even though we had dinner late (in this regard we thank that with extreme kindness they made us sit despite the hour), the digestion was not affected and this is synonymous with quality and valid production processes.
There are pinsa for all tastes and the combinations of the condiments are really well done.
Congratulations, keep it up and you will satisfy many palates, having great satisfaction too.
Beautiful atmosphere and nice to observe the complicity between the employees!

Nice and friendly guys, so great service.
The pinsas, both the classic and the "alchemic" ones, are delicious and well thought out, with excellent digestible dough (and for a person who suffers from reflux, that's a lot!).
