I was in Castelnuovo Don Bosco for work, very nice and well-kept place, I like Piedmontese cuisine and low prices, I had a great time.

Trattoria in the center of the town, typical rustic furnishings, blackboard menu not very extensive but with tasty dishes suitable for a trattoria. Fast service with reserved waitresses. I ordered tometta with chilli jam, tagliolini with wild boar ragù, wild boar stew, trifle and coffee. All accompanied by an excellent bottle of Albugnano DOC. Everything cooked to perfection! Compliments! If we pass again, we will certainly be happy to return. Thanks for everything.

Prima volta in questo ristorante trovato su google non avendo prenotato chiediamo se fosse possibile cenare e subito ci fanno accomodare al tavolo ma prima ci dicono di dare uno sguardo alla lavagna x scegliere il menu'... optiamo x un misto di antipasti e un primo... ma che dire cucina semplice antipasti nella norma idem i primi la mia pasta si buona ma con poco condimento ci fosse stato un po di ragù in più... discreto il tiramisu...

Very nice and quiet place, characterized by brick walls and old-fashioned but very original furnishings. Friendly and helpful staff. Fast service. Simple menu but good food.

27/12/2024: What can I say, Il Bagatto is certainly "local". Those looking for Piedmontese tradition will land in this Osteria in the beautiful center of the village of Grazzano. There is no shortage of courtesy and speed in the service, as well as having a nice wine list that makes those who love the area smile. The only "difficulties" in my opinion are the service of the Bollito - a little limited and served on a plate without the possibility of taking the different meats from the pot - and the cost - in line with the current tourist demand which influences the territory but certainly not at Osteria... you certainly pay for the quality raw materials, but on balance the margin seems a bit excessive to me. However I would recommend it!!
