From the moment we stepped in, we knew we were in for something special. Trust me, it didn’t disappoint. 🥩🔥 This steak is definitely something you won’t forget. Pair it with a glass from their killer wine selection, and you’ve got the perfect meal. 🍷 The food was top-notch, but what really made it special was the friendly crew who made the whole experience feel so welcoming. 🙌 So, if you’re looking for a great spot to eat, La Quadra is the place to be. Beautiful shop on a street where no cars pass, very picturesque. The menu is only offered in Italian, which made it very difficult for us to understand the menu and order. The waitresses were very kind and helpful. However, the order took quite a while.

I have to say a truly pleasant discovery the place is enchanting not to mention the quality of the products. I don't give 5 stars because I had ordered a dish containing a yellow tomato sauce and it arrived with a red tomato sauce without even asking me if it was okay for me or not. Apart from this I highly recommend it for those who want to experience and eat something innovative and Sardinian.

sono stato una domenica a pranzo con mia moglie e i nostro amici statunitensi; il posto è molto carino, in linea con le costruzioni medievali di Tarquinia, il personale gentilissimo ed affabile, abbiamo mangiato benissimo, ottimi primi, anche se nessuno di noi ha ordinato la carne -ma ho già prenotato per ovviare alla mancanza :-). Come dessert ho scelto una seadas deliziosa e ho poi bevuto il miglio mirto della mia vita. Peccato che non sia in vendita, ma forse è meglio così altrimenti ci avrei lasciato lo stipendio! I miei amici, che vengono in Italia ogni hanno, hanno detto che mi chiederanno di tornarci. Io, invece, ci tornerò molto prima; sarò ancora lì tra un paio di settimana a provare l'agnello.

04/11/2025: Hotel near Civita Castellana and close to all major road connections. Fast and punctual reception. Excellent and plentiful breakfast. Spacious rooms. Slow, almost unusable Wi-Fi. My room was missing a hairdryer, which was promptly provided upon request. The shower had no shelf to hold shower gel and shampoo.
28/10/2025: Excellent food, nice and welcoming place, impeccable service, they are very attentive to customer needs... good value for money... Highly recommended

15/09/2025: I can only say EXCELLENT and that is an understatement, invited to a wedding with an entire gluten-free menu, I was truly pampered, from the selection of appetizers taken care of in detail to the complete menu identical to the gluten-free one, even the final biscuits... everything perfect and delicious, I was truly speechless, congratulations to everyone...
27/08/2025: Spacious, clean, and colorful suite rooms, a garden area with an adult pool, a hot tub, and a children's pool, large umbrellas, and a bar. Lunch is available. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and willing to accommodate guests' needs. Excellent gluten- and lactose-free options, too. Excellent value for money.
