We had dinner for two. Friendly and very knowledgeable owner. Excellent choice of meats. Bill in line with what we consumed. I recommend it.

During a recent business dinner with colleagues, I had the pleasure of trying the La Quadra restaurant in Tarquinia. The environment was immediately welcoming and pleasant, perfect for an evening with friends. The service was one of the strong points: the staff was extremely punctual, attentive to our needs and generous with advice on the most suitable wine pairings for the dishes we had chosen. We had the opportunity to taste one of the house specialities, the Barzotto egg, a true delight for the palate: a particular dish, tasty and rich in flavour. Overall, the experience at La Quadra restaurant was very positive. This is a place that I highly recommend to anyone who is in Tarquinia, both for business dinners and other convivial occasions. The welcoming environment, impeccable service and the quality of the food make it an excellent choice for a pleasant and tasteful evening.

Nice atmosphere, service that needs to be reviewed, where the times were excessively long, 1 hour, for a mixed platter and vegetables. Despite this I thought that at least the service was not included in the bill, I thought wrong! Sin.

We came across this restaurant by chance and it was a pleasant discovery. Nice and welcoming place, delicious food, lots of attention especially because we are vegetarians and they gave us the best advice on what to eat given the large quantity of dishes with the presence of meat. The service was excellent and the owner of the restaurant very kind. More than recommended!

Tutto ottimo, dal servizio agli antipasti, ai piatti assaggiati, al vino. Non avendo voglia di carne ( ed è quasi un peccato recarsi in questo posto e non mangiarla) ci siamo limitati ad antipasto (polpettine e gnocco fritto) e primo piatto (gnocchi e ravioli). Il consiglio che mi sento di dare a chi mangerà in questo ristorante, è di andare "affamato". Le porzioni infatti sono abbondanti e si rischia di non mangiare tutto oppure, come è successo a noi, di non arrivare al dolce. Il locale è molto carino, ben arredato, lo staff cortese e professionale. Molto consigliato

We had dinner in this place on a Wednesday evening in December, welcoming location, corners with displays of wine bottles to be enchanted. The employees are kind and professional. The dishes were plentiful and really excellent; starting from the platter of land appetizers including hams, cured meats, bruschetta, all of excellent quality. Some of us tasted the first courses and were satisfied, the special, tender meat, cooked rare with the possibility of customizing cooking on the spot using a plate. The super tasty side dishes, I recommend the chicory. Excellent choice of wines. Super exceptional price quality. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back.
