The best agave bar in all of Italy. They've put a lot of effort into sharing the culture of tequila and mezcal. The selection of spirits is impressive.

The atmosphere is great. I went on a a Thursday night and there was live music. The singer Cuban-Italian was amazing and the food was great. I’ll be back

Sought after place. Sensational gastronomic experience! The truly expert staff was able to make me experience a journey of flavors and smells, some already known to me and others new, which stimulated all 5 senses! As someone who has visited Mexico, I say that this place maintains tradition and concentrates the best of Mexican culinary culture and drinks/spirits! WOW!

Hi, I am Mexican from Tijuana and I rarely go to Mexican restaurants or bars outside of Mexico but this place caught my eye. I had a great mezcal Negroni which I will definitely try to replicate when at home, I also had a taster of the mezcal they used, a very good artesanal espadín from Oaxaca. Excellent job guys, we are well represented.

Good place for drinks. Don’t expect to leave full. The food portions are not traditional Mexican sized but more like appetizer size. Spice level is low. Favorite dish was the Birria Taco. However €5 a taco is quite a bit for the size.

Siamo passati in questo locale la sera della Befana, quasi per caso, durante una vacanza in famiglia. Ottimo l'ambiente, davvero competenti i ragazzi, che si sono mostrati appassionati e molto disponibili a consigliarci nell'ordinazione . Cocktail di grande qualità, lo stesso vale per il cibo. Posto che merita sicuramente una visita se vi trovate a Trastevere.

21/06/2025: Fantastic! Super fresh pasta because it is made there on the spot. Original recipes, tasty, with special ingredients mixed with wisdom. Large portions and truly exceptional. If it were up to me I would eat there every day! Truly not the usual pasta. For lovers with a fine palate who appreciate new flavors
06/06/2025: I was in Rome for a couple of days and I was at your place. Impeccable service and very nice place. Incredible pasta alla carbonara and above all the staff. We made friends with a waiter, Flavio, super nice and helpful. We will be back!!!

12/07/2025: One of the most iconic venues in Rome and Testaccio. Extremely well-managed by owner Mario, you'll find excellent quality products, and the staff are polite and friendly, qualities that are rare in the capital these days. Highly recommended...unfortunately, it can sometimes get crowded with tourists and aperitivo-goers...be patient, the wait will be worth it.
