Fantastic choice of charcuterie and cheese.
The toasts with different toppings were all delicious as well as the veg. All well presented on boards, great choice of wines as well.
Highly recommend when you need 5 away from the crowded city.

One of the best schiacciate in all of Florence: quality ingredients and authentic flavors. The place is small and very informal, perfect for a quick meal. Highly recommended for take-away!

I went twice in three days.
The Schiacciata is breathtaking, crunchy and soft at the same time.
The ingredients are of the highest quality and the guy who served me was very helpful in accommodating my lactose intolerance.
Very kind in general also in the service.
The truly iconic and particular bathroom, as well as the whole place, truly delicious.

Just down the street from insta famous shops that I won't mention. This was our best stop for lunch in Florence. Tuscan schiacciate "The 6" so good 👍 prosecco Rosa, what a lunch

The best place we ate in Florence! La Prosciutteria is a real gem: the interior of the place is beautiful, with a well-kept, warm and welcoming decor that makes the experience even more pleasant.
We were welcomed and served by a super kind guy, who made us feel at home right away. We had a cutting board, two green beers and two schiacciate: everything exceptional! The flavors are incredible and you can really taste the quality of the hams and cheeses, all selected with great attention.
All at a more than fair price, considering the very high quality of the food. Highly recommended for those who want to taste the true Tuscan tradition in an authentic environment

Andiamo qualche volta a prendere snack e schiacciate per pranzo. Le schiacciate non sempre sono ben calde, dipende da quanta clientela debbano servire e sono molto, molto unte; considerate questo elemento se siete attenti all’alimentazione. Ci siamo recati anche per aperitivo, siamo rimasti soddisfatti dai calici e dagli stuzzichini, nonostante i prezzi non proprio competitivi
