La Prosciutteria In Firenze

The lunch service was great! The evening service was poor. The menu says they have gluten-free options, but they only have store-bought toast. The food was still delicious and plentiful! But it's not a gluten-free place!

We were looking for a casual dinner and we got it. The place wasn't very clean. The table was covered in crumbs from the previous diners; they didn't even bother to clean it or tidy it up. We ordered a bottle of water and they sent me to get it from the fridge, without a glass, so I had to drink it straight from the bottle. The charcuterie boards were okay, nothing special; you can find much better quality cured meats in Italy. The bread was terrible; we ordered the schiacciata calda and it arrived cold. I asked for a knife to cut some of the pieces on the board, which were very large, and they told me to get up and go get a tiny wooden knife that was completely useless—good for spreading pâté on bread, if that. "Qui tutti è fai da te," the waiter told me. The wine wasn't bad, and with a bottle, even the worst place can be entertaining. We laughed a lot because the whole thing was so absurd. And I'm not just talking about the locals; I paid attention to everyone there. The service was consistently the same. If they want to serve tapas and platters—casual yet high-quality—they have a lot to learn.

This is out of the world!! Im Korean who has been in Italy for a month and was eating Italian food whole month. I had no problem with that since Italian foods are amazing no joke, but was slightly craving for a spicy food and the NUMBER 3 was a shocker!! I even forgot to take a picture, just swallowed it. The schiacciata was from the day before, not even reheated, and not filled to the brim. Terrible service, no heat at all.

Delicious food and nice atmosphere.

Really really great food done right, fresh, and timely. Service is helpful. Menus in various languages. Meat options are plentiful and so tasty. A Firenzian gem.

Excellent pasta dish. More original recipes than in other restaurants. Great service and the special spritz was very good. However, the music was much too loud; we had difficulty hearing each other speak. It remains one of our very best restaurants in Italy.

Wonderful little place, the decorations and food are top notch, no sitting fee!

Excelente lugar para degustar comida típica toscana. Y a muy buen precio. Trato amable y el lugar, aunque pequeño, tiene mucho encanto.

Pranzo veloce e gustoso con tagliere toscano super abbondante Prezzi nella norma, servizio molto veloce, personale giovane e vivace Per una pausa pranzo senza troppi pensieri… Consigliato!
