A special environment, with old doors used as a table and bicycle wheels used as lamps, which frame delicious dishes and a kind and friendly staff.
We opted for the cutting board, an excellent combination of cold cuts, cheeses and other local specialties.
Very friendly service, the guys know how to make you feel welcomed right away.

A special place suitable for a quick meal. The prosciutto shop is located not far from Piazza del Campo, but a little far from the chaos of the streets right on Piazza del Campo.
This is the right place if you are a lover of cutting boards and salads.
There are two versions of cutting boards: for an aperitif or for lunch/dinner. The latter is much richer and more complete.
The cold cuts and pecorino cheeses are really good and the cutting board is prepared with taste.
And if you want to eat a salad, here you will find special ones, with fruit and seeds. The owner is really hospitable and kind.
The service is fast.
The place does not have many tables inside and has some tables outside.

Friendly welcome, no dessert offered, some lines on the bill were difficult to understand, including €3 for cutlery (broken fork) and a €3 "vio giulivo" whose meaning escapes us. A positive point for the waitress who greeted us and who speaks French, it's a shame she doesn't intervene.

Cammino per le vie della città. Sono dentro le mura. Devo ficcare qualcosa dentro lo stomaco. Arranco attraverso vicoli fatti di ciottoli male illuminati. Non conosco nessuno. Scrivo a volevofareilpittore. Conosce i segreti di queste strade. Tartare. Dice. Devi provare la tartare. Arrivo davanti ad un locale. Ho prenotato un tavolo. Mi fanno accomodare. Ordino wagyu mentre james brown sputa fuori dalle casse un vecchio soul. E della sua anima tutto viene intriso. I miei organi attraversano i secoli. La mia epiglottide si muove amplificata dai sapori insieme all'energia elettrostatica. Gli oggetti inanimati hanno vita propria. Ingoio. Cerco una poltrona comoda e inizio a scrivere. Qualcosa muove le mie dita pigre. Ingoio. Controllo la mia faccia attraverso lo specchio del bagno. Non riconosco la mia faccia. Qualcosa è cambiato. Forse ho solo dimenticato qualcosa. Ho riempito la memoria di carne giapponese selezionata. Ora sono diventato un pezzo di wagyu.
