I went here for dinner, curious to try one of their tartares. The meat is exquisite, with very interesting pairings, and the guy who works there even recommends the right wine. The highlight of the dinner was the peposo, a dish I hadn't tried.
If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely be back. Kudos to the place!

The visual impact is certainly pleasing: a refined atmosphere that promises a pleasant experience. It must be acknowledged that this promise is partly fulfilled by the quality of some of the ingredients, with cured meats and raw ham demonstrating meticulous research. However, the experience's balance falters on a few key fronts. The service moves at an excessively slow pace, inflating the wait beyond what is comfortable. This slowness is accompanied by a portion size policy that leaves one perplexed, creating an imbalance with the asking price.

Passing by 20 minutes before opening and attracted by the ad for the spritz at €3.50, we stopped in. The owner kindly agreed to serve us this aperitif, which we were able to enjoy on the terrace, listening to Italian songs: a treat!

The reservation system is a bit of a nightmare. Gourmet dishes and gourmet portions. Go there "prepared." Don't expect bread and salami or coffee in a cup: paper, like at vending machines.

I'll tell you, this place looks good, everything's cute, and well-organized. But, as we know, appearances can be deceiving. Of course, the quality of certain cured meats and raw meats is beyond question; they're good. The problem is something else entirely. The portions are ridiculous, enough to leave you hungry, and the prices are high for what they put on your plate. And then there's the wait... the service is lousy; we waited forever for two drinks and some cold cuts. In short, a place worth revisiting.
