Lovely little place with superb food and matching wines. Service was very nice and advised us on wines. Definitely try the digestive amaro

Really excellent food, very friendly and approachable staff. The tripe was perhaps a little dry, but otherwise everything was perfect. Must try!

Very nice place a few steps from Pz. del Campo where you can eat platters, carpaccio, tartare, salads and typical Tuscan hot dishes. The mix of cured meats with cheeses and bruschetta is absolutely worth trying. The tartares melt in your mouth and the ingredients are very fresh. The service needs to be improved, as it is not always punctual and exhaustive. Good wine list and understandable price increases for being in the historic center of Siena

I've been at least three times here at the Prosciutteria in the last few days... it's ideal for a quick and informal meal (various platters...) I was sorry that the platter for 4 people turned out to be a bit disappointing, especially for the quantity...the staff is friendly and the environment overall acceptable...

Pros: excellent quality, fairly fast service despite the bridge being full, reasonable prices, nice and captivating environment. Cons: customers packed back to back, promise of a free glass with unwritten clauses that make it a pipe dream. Personally I felt cheated and for this reason I wouldn't return.

Through a convenient system I went through my resrvation 2 hours before dinner. A very pleasant surprise was expecting us in a beautifully decorated place with excellent tasty plates made with inspiration and home produced ingradients in reasonable prices.The female waitress was exceptional therefore we spent 2 hours with my wife and daughter full of flavors and joy. We'll definitely come back whenever we pay another visit to Siena.Congratulations
