If you're visiting Sardinia and love seafood, this Italian restaurant is an absolute must! We dined here twice for dinner, and each time was flawless. The staff was incredibly gentle, attentive, and understanding, making the experience even more enjoyable. The food was nothing short of exquisite. The *calamari fritti* was perfectly crispy and tender, while the pasta dishes were bursting with flavor. The ravioli, in particular, stood out with its delicate texture and rich, savory filling. Every dish reflected the freshness of the ingredients and the mastery of traditional Sardinian cuisine. You're walking around Buggerru, it's Friday, it's lunch time. The attention falls on the pleasant yellow facade of the "La Privilegiata" restaurant. It inspires us and we enter. We were welcomed by the waitress Roberta who, in a professional but also sweet manner, made us sit down. We're off to a very good start. The place has a nice decor for our tastes. The culinary proposal published on the menu manages to meet our tastes of the moment, so we proceed to order a first course of spaghetti alla pescatora, a first course of penne, which I requested plain, with olive oil and parmesan/parmesan, some chips fries, a seadas, half a liter of house white wine, a half of natural water and a ginseng coffee. The portions satisfied us, the richness of the plate of spaghetti alla pescatore initially made us doubt whether we would be able to finish it all, but in the end it was tasted with great taste, thanks to the excellent quality and flavours. The mussels were a little above the level of flavor we are used to, we report it here, but we don't feel like making a complaint about it, there could be variables linked to personal taste, the supply of these seafood at the moment, etc. The simplest dish, the penne in oil with parmesan, was excellent, perhaps a little al dente but ok, enjoyed well. The generous portion of french fries was much appreciated and allowed us the indulgence that we know well how french fries succeed in this aim. We also really liked the plating, which satisfied the visual component. Clean and tidy toilets. During the meal, the service was always friendly and punctual, never disturbing, a sign of an attentive eye to the situation at the table. We appreciated it. I would like to point out that Bonovox of U2 also had lunch in this restaurant as evidenced by a commemorative case of the unusual event, some photos and dedications by the artist framed and exhibited. It was an excellent meal. The staff is very welcoming. I regret that there is no pizza but be aware, depending on the time of year, there are no pizzas during the week. But there are enough dishes on the menu not to die of hunger, don't worry. 😂 And the tartufo are excellent.

A friend and I had dinner with photonic spaghetti alla pescatora. If I could give one more star I would definitely give it! The service and environment are also excellent.
