We were at this magnificent location three days ago, on September 10, 2025, to celebrate our daughter's 18th birthday. Three days later, I'm still receiving phone calls from family and friends with compliments. Gabriele, the restaurant manager, is an exceptional, helpful, and patient person. I thank him so much for putting up with my fears and making sure they didn't come true. Everything fully met my expectations: spectacular location, extremely helpful restaurant staff, especially Pasquale and Gianluca, two truly exceptional guys. My daughter, who has various intolerances, as well as other guests, ate wonderfully; the attention to detail was obsessive. We can't wait to celebrate our next event here. Thank you, thank you, and thank you again for everything ❤️

It was love at first sight with La Porta dei Leoni. When we first visited, we felt relaxed, at ease, right at home, and on our wedding day, that was confirmed. A dream location, always immaculately kept, exceptional food (raw and dairy products DIVINE!), and attentive yet unobtrusive service. Claudia is an attentive and demanding hostess, but also available and always ready to please. Gabriele and Pasquale are always there to pamper and advise you, but always with complete peace of mind. All the staff are kind and attentive! We had a wonderful time and they made our day UNFORGETTABLE! They will always be in our hearts! THANK YOU PORTA DEI LEONI ❤️

Still full of emotion and joy, we can highly recommend Porta dei Leoni. Our wedding was perfect: excellent food, wonderful locations, and super kind, organized staff who paid attention to every detail. A dream day at the Lions' Gate – August 27, 2025 We waited two days before writing this review… not out of distraction, but because we needed time to process and recover from the incredible wave of emotions we'd experienced. I would have written it that very night, had I not fallen asleep, exhausted but happy, after a fantastic evening on the beach! 😂 It all started years ago, when Alessandra, my wife, performed for work at the Lions' Gate. She was literally enchanted by this place. On that occasion, she made a promise to herself: if one day I asked her to marry her, she would want to return there, to that very special place, to make our dream come true. And so it was. When I proposed, there was no doubt. From that moment, we spent eight intense months of preparation, with the anticipation growing day by day, along with anxiety, curiosity, excitement, and a thousand thoughts. But nothing, not even the most optimistic imagination, could have prepared us for what we actually experienced. Our day literally overwhelmed us. There was something magical in the air, an almost surreal atmosphere that embraced every moment. The sea, the sky... they seemed to blend together in a single breath, while the Lions' Gate welcomed us with all its beauty and heart. But it wasn't just the location—enchanting and unique in itself—that made it unforgettable. It was the people. Claudia, the owner, is a strong, charismatic, magnetic woman. From the first meeting, she won us over, and we were thrilled to have her officiate our wedding. It was an honor we will always cherish. Ilaria was our guardian angel throughout the entire organization: reassuring, precise, empathetic. Even for someone like me, who experiences everything with great emotion and anxiety, she was a true anchor. Gabriele, with his calm and discretion, was able to convey serenity during the most hectic moments. Pasquale, the director, was impeccable. He and the entire staff looked after us and pampered us with incredible dedication, making us feel important, like true VIPs. A special thanks also goes to Luigi, to all the staff and chefs, and to Luca, "the fireworks guy," for his rare kindness and attentiveness: he even texted us the next day to ask if we liked the fireworks display, and in the days leading up to it, he conveyed a sense of calm and security. From the food—both in quantity and, above all, quality—to the tasting areas, from dinner to the dessert buffet (sublime!), from the cake to the final cocktails, everything was perfect. And then... the croissants, the wild dancing, the beach, the laughter, the pure happiness. A dream finale. Every single guest was captivated by the beauty of the place, the organization, and the unique energy that pervaded it. Everyone complimented us on our choice and the kind of wedding we created. La Porta dei Leoni wasn't just a location: it was part of our dream. It welcomed us, it moved us, it made us experience a day that will forever be etched in our hearts. Today, as we write these words, we are happy—because everything was more beautiful than we could have imagined—and melancholy, because we wish we could relive every moment, without time ever passing. Very nice place, especially the staff, all very courteous, polite and attentive, the food did not correspond to the location....
