I read in the reviews that another person didn't have a good experience because he found the staff to be unfriendly. Personally, nothing to say about the gentleman who served us, but rather the tones that were used by the lady at the counter to address my mother-in-law. Having never been there, we asked how it worked and if we had to order at the counter. We were harshly given a 'wait your turn' response in a rude manner. Furthermore, a gentleman at the counter who was talking to the gentleman who served us took a video of us with his mobile phone while the canapés were being served to us. Taking into account the influx of people and having to do everything on the spot, however, the wait was a bit long. Good canapés, we liked the 'house' one very much.

Not particularly at first, but then very friendly. I notice more and more that Italians don't want foreigners
