La Pollarola In Roma

Got a bonus on a website (the name’s visible in the photo) and decided to treat myself to dinner. The pasta was super tasty — tender with a nice little crunch on top.

Excellent food and great service. Yasser was our server and he was attentive and helpful. Highly recommend!

The food was really tasty and well-prepared. Everything looked appetizing and felt fresh. The atmosphere was nice too — perfect for enjoying a quiet meal. It makes keeping an eye on nutrition so much easier — it quickly calculates calories and macros without any hassle. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone watching their diet.

Authentic Roman cuisine, delicious. The restaurant isn't very attractive from the street, which keeps this gastronomic paradise away from the crowds.

We stopped here for wine and dessert one evening in early August and had the best tiramisu I have ever had in my life. Don't miss it!

The waiter with the glasses was super nice! The service was heartfelt. The food was delicious, from appetizer to dessert. The lovely waiter recommended the wine, and it was a hit! We visit here every time we're in Rome.

We came here based on the recommendation from our hotel looking for more local and less touristy food. So glad we did! The food was outstanding and the wait staff was incredibly helpful. We asked them to recommend the best dishes and they didn’t let us down. We started with the house made beef carpaccio (which is the best I have ever had) and 3 meatballs. The pasta was perfectly al dente. We finished with the dish if the day, which was a swordfish. It was moist (I never eat swordfish since it is so dry) and the olive, tomato, caper sauce on it was outstanding. I have seen other reviews complain about the service, but that wasn’t the case with our visit. Both of our waiters were overly attentive. (I am used to European service and don’t expect a lot of “is everything ok”, in fact I appreciate it in Europe.). Make sure to try the Vermentino from Sardinia. It was perfectly dry and crisp
