The traditional flight of the Befana in Piazza Navona was cancelled due to adverse weather, but we consoled ourselves with a delightful stop at the nearby restaurant "La Pollarola." It was worth the trip to sample the delicious dishes and their famous zabaglione. The staff was attentive and discreet. Highly recommended.

High-quality, traditional cuisine that doesn't shy away from generous portions and excellent presentation, without sacrificing excellent seafood. Prices are high, but reasonable for the quality and the highly touristy location. Attentive and courteous service. Highly recommended.

Yes, the food is excellent... the location is beautiful and it's located in the heart of Rome. It's recommended to use public transportation given the difficulty in parking.

La Pollarola is consistently delicious and a great meal. The servers and staff are nice and the food excellent. We love it when we visit Rome , the best artichokes in the World. Really good wines. Great spot , and nice because it is not filled with tourists, it’s full of locals and Italians ! Very chic!

08/02/2026: This is an excellent Roman trattoria, serving all the traditional dishes beautifully. Elena, the chef, is truly outstanding. Their kindness is also noteworthy: due to a misunderstanding, our reservation was lost, but they nevertheless welcomed us and set up a table in just a few minutes.
17/01/2026: Entering this trattoria is like coming home. Simple, tasty dishes like family cooking, served by the very friendly Franco, one of us. Highly recommended 💫
