Mai pranzato o fatto aperitivo ma mi rifornisco di formaggi qui alla Poiana da anni. Castelmagno sicuramente è il numero 1. Ma si possono citare ma toma paglia,mattonella alle erbe, il gobbo alle pere o frutti di bosco, la toma cenere e molti altri!poi si possono acquistare miele di molte varietà ,composte e tanti prodotti locali delle nostre vallate. Provare per credere,non rimarrete delusi!neanche dal panorama delle montagne di Pradleves!

We stopped after a motorbike ride, and I think it was the best choice, what can I say, cheeses and cured meats at the top and Mrs. Antonella very kind and nice, compliments to all the staff....

A must for Castelmagno cheese.... Good for gnocchi!!
