We visited Poiana on a gloomy day, almost at closing time... Mrs. Cristina welcomed us with kindness and a warm smile, preparing an excellent aperitif for us with a delicious platter of the house's signature cured meats and cheeses. The most enjoyable part was staying afterward to play a game of checkers with some friendly locals. Highly recommended for an aperitif in the valley, for their kindness and delicious local products.

Sale of typical local products. Excellent Castelmagno cheese in various ages, from the freshest to the most flavorful; delicious Tomé cheeses with berries, a true delight. Friendly and attentive staff.

A warm welcome, they took us to tour both the stables and the cheese aging room. And then... the cheeses, what can I say, a journey of wonderful flavors. We tasted in the shop, welcomed by the warm embrace of a fireplace. We'll definitely be back!
