Mai pranzato o fatto aperitivo ma mi rifornisco di formaggi qui alla Poiana da anni. Castelmagno sicuramente è il numero 1. Ma si possono citare ma toma paglia,mattonella alle erbe, il gobbo alle pere o frutti di bosco, la toma cenere e molti altri!poi si possono acquistare miele di molte varietà ,composte e tanti prodotti locali delle nostre vallate. Provare per credere,non rimarrete delusi!neanche dal panorama delle montagne di Pradleves!

Sur la route de retour du sanctuaire de Castelmagno un arrêt bien sympathique pour une agréable dégustation de fromages et charcuteries du coin accompagnés de châtaignes,noisettes et de miel Tout les produits de la coopérative

Definitely worth trying, I was there today for the second time, with my daughter for an aperitif, really kind and polite staff, cool place, surrounded by nature that offers excellent typical products of the Grana Valley plus it offers tranquility, harmony and peace 🫶, definitely promoted 👍🏻 we will be back! The lady with short hair and light eyes deserves my appreciation for her particular kindness!!!! Thank you ! ☺️

Interesting experience in the history of cheese (Castelmagno) and its maturation! Exceptional companion/guide who managed to interest even the children. Conclusion with a generous platter of cold cuts and cheeses. If you are interested in a guided tour, book/call to confirm.
