The Plaza de Carlos is simply the best you can find on all fronts, from breakfast to aperitif to everything in between. Places like this are really difficult to find and when I'm in the area with friends I always stop by for a drink. The first time I think was more than fifteen years ago and it has always been at the top, never once have I left disappointed
