Last night I returned to the Pizzeria after a few years and I found everything very satisfying, the Pizzoli were very good including the sweet ones, young guys with a great desire to work. Well done and congratulations

You made my life better with your food. I am forced to return hwre every few months.
I only recommend the pizzolo Capriolo and the Chicken Pistachio one, incredible. Try their local red whine, incredible.
And for the taste and everything its really cheap. 22-25 euros (pizzolo and whine 500 ml)
Also they offer you a free coffee or limoncello at the end. Just incredible.

Excellent Pizzoleria in Sortino. Typical local specialty. Very nice place in a strategic position because it is exactly in the center of the village. Very friendly and helpful staff. Reservations are recommended because it is always full, for this very reason the owners give a timetable and I must say that they are also very punctual because they also give you the opportunity to sit on subsequent shifts. They offer a wide choice of pizzas and pizzoli all very good. I must say that parking is easily found along the streets of the center and surrounding areas. Furthermore, the restaurant is located on the ground floor and therefore has no architectural barriers, which is why it is easy to access for disabled people. If we want to be picky, the only flaw is that if you go in a group and want to spend a quiet evening in a pizzeria and perhaps have a light-hearted chat you can't because you have to get up at the time to give the next shift a chance to sit down. But otherwise nothing to complain about.

In my opinion, one of the best pizzerias in the area.
Cozy environment.
The possibility of choosing between traditional dough and dough with special "very black" flour is excellent.
Quality Pizzoli, with fresh and very tasty products.
Light dough, I never leave feeling heavy!
Excellent service, young, professional and courteous staff.

finally a very, very good pizza in Italy. This was not burned in many places around the edge, as is usually the case. The dough was well baked, but not black and not too thin in the middle.

It's not what it used to be, the pizza orders arrive in bursts, the menus are only on smartphones, they don't even give you time to read them, you certainly can't learn them by heart, the chips are single portions, the prices are stellar, they only have beer in bottles, we asked for 4 reds and they brought 4 50 cl ones without notifying us, we sent one back and they made us pay for it anyway, our fault for not checking, 100 km return, non-existent receipt, never again!

Decisi ad andare a mangiare i “Pizzoli” e quindi si fa strada,ovviamente con prenotazione viste le lunghe attese estive. Per il primo ordine abbiamo atteso poco, la cameriera gentilissima è arrivata subito, purtroppo siamo rimasti senza acqua (perché un bottiglia era poca) e desideravamo passare al dolce, ma della cameriera nessuna vista, si è aspettato più di mezz’ora quando all’arrivo del dolce siamo rimasti un po’ basiti, un Pizzolo a metà (Nutella e ricotta e miele) che di ricotta e di Nutella ci stava solo l’odore. Senza considerare che per due pizzoli ed uno (dolce a metà) con due di acqua ed una di patatine m (per due persone) abbiamo pagato la “bellezza” di 54€ credo proprio che non ci vedranno più..

Anche il pizzolo di Sortino..ha come dire subito la "sgrammatura",prima erano enormi condivisibili...oggi sono quanto una pizza e non troppo conditi.

Ma secondo me potreste prendere quello che ho notato(mio modestissimo parere) come spunto.
Pizzolo con mortadella asina(originale),infornata perde un po' di sapore e delicatezza e soprattutto il pesto di pistacchio forse lo hanno dimenticato!
Pizzolo parmigiana(i catanesi conoscono bene cosa sia), è un Pizzolo con melanzane fritte e mozzarella e pomodoro(quindi tutt'altra cosa)
Pizzolo crudo (il crudo era un po' dubbio di qualità)
Pizzolo con porchetta artigianale(bisognerebbe scrivere che è un salume perché ci si aspetta una porchetta simile Ariccia )
Cmq nel complesso tutto buonissimo ci tornerei,
