La Pizzoleria In Sortino

We visited Pizzoleria recently and have to say that the food itself was excellent – delicious flavor, and definitely worth trying if you’re a fan of authentic pizza. However, the overall experience was quite difficult. The place was overcrowded and extremely noisy, which made it hard to enjoy the meal. The staff, though clearly working very hard, seemed tired, stressed, and demoralised from being overworked. Service was unfortunately unattentive, with orders arriving late and in our case incorrect. It’s a pity, because the kitchen delivers really good food, but the atmosphere and service made the evening less enjoyable than it could have been. My suggestion: go for takeaway. Get your pizza, head home (or to the beach), and enjoy it in peace

The Pizzoli are very good (a good 8/10), but the atmosphere is too noisy (unless you get a table upstairs), and you have to hope one of the waitresses notices you because trying to call them is impossible. The wait for food is very long, but when I was there, the place was very busy, so it's understandable, but let's just say they should be organized for an event like this, since it happens often.

Location needs reconsidering. We dined in a small outdoor plaza away from the main restaurant, surrounded by parked and passing cars, uncomfortable chairs, and slow service. Considering the fairly high prices, it was all disappointing.

Absolutely amazing! Here you'll find not only Sicilian pecorino, dry tomatoes, baked organic capers, and a half of toasted sesame on the pink salt. Amazing! 😀 but also ricotta with pistachios. A must-visit!!!

Un posto davvero fresco e ben arredato, servizio giovane e rapido anche il sabato sera. Pizze e Pizzoli ottimi, mi è solo dispiaciuto un tantino non trovare nel menù dei Pizzoli lo stesso sprint di abbinamenti gourmet del menù pizze. Tutto comunque molto particolare, da provare.

Sono stato in questa pizzoleria con alcuni amici e posso dire con certezza che è stata una delle migliori serate degli ultimi tempi. L’impasto della pizza è semplicemente perfetto: leggero, fragrante e si scioglie letteralmente in bocca. Gli ingredienti sono di altissima qualità e le combinazioni di sapori sono studiate con cura, ogni morso è una rivelazione. Il servizio è stato impeccabile: cortesia, velocità e attenzione al cliente. Il prezzo è leggermente sopra la media, ma assolutamente giustificato dalla qualità offerta. Ne vale ogni centesimo. Consiglio questo posto senza esitazione: una vera chicca per gli amanti della buona pizza!
