I chose it by chance, inspired by the smell, and it was a wonderful discovery: the Roman pizza is thin, crispy, and tasty. For an extra €1, I could get lactose-free mozzarella. The saffron and porcini supplì was very good. I'll definitely try it again and take advantage of the home delivery service (for which they also offer the option of having the delivery person bring a POS for card payments). Recommended!!!

Tutto buonissimo come sempre.. Ho provato sia pizze che panini e fritti.. Davvero buoni.. Mi stupisce il fatto che senza glitine ci sia la possibilità di prendere un solo tipo di pizza (salsiaccia e patate).. Servirebbe più scelta..

An excellent neighborhood pizzeria, without a doubt. Prices are reasonable. I love the pizza dough. The supplì are excellent (which is saying something). I also had the chance to try the spicy fried chicken wings, and they weren't bad. The only drawback is the cheesecake, which, since it's available in the artisanal desserts section, I expected it to be the refrigerated version made with cream cheese. Instead, I ended up with, as usual, a frozen cream cheese parfait, which, in my opinion, shouldn't be called cheesecake.

Supplì freddo dentro, peccato perché di solito arrivano perfetti i fritti. Fuori troppo unti. Pinsa come sempre top (ti fa perdonare i fritti).

Liberty Coffee Break

16/10/2025: Our morning go to place in Civitavecchia! The pastries are always fresh, the cappuccino is delicious and the atmosphere is addictive. For three days this was our morning stop and late afternoon stop for a glass of wine. The servers are friendly and always helpful. Excellent location. Sit outside and people watch. We want to thank Liber for being so helpful and great conversations. Gracias Liber. We will definitely return to this little gem.
01/09/2025: Nothing exciting, except the chocolate-filled croissants. The latte macchiato is a bit hilarious. The foam arrived stained.
