If you are in the center of Turin, this must be a mandatory stop.
Really very welcoming place.
Excellent food.
In addition to the typical plin with butter and sage and the agnolotti with ragù, we tried the platter with excellent Piedmontese cured meats and tome.
The veal with tuna sauce is also good.
Excellent quality/price ratio.

Apart from the characteristic, very beautiful Piedmontese environment, we were pleasantly impressed by everything else. Managed by young staff, the restaurant offers refined and not at all obvious Piedmontese cuisine. The products are of excellent quality and processed in a careful and never banal way. Congratulations to all the staff in the kitchen and in the dining room, always very attentive, quick and courteous.
Everyone is really good!!!!

Excellent dishes with different flavours, good service and attentive and friendly staff. They only had room at 2pm on Sunday for lunch but they didn't rush us to finish.

Small and comfortable place in the center of Turin. The service was quick, and the typical Piedmontese dishes were all really excellent, especially the first courses.

Typical trattoria a few steps from the Mole Antonelliana. The staff were very friendly and allowed us to sit even though we hadn't booked. My opinion is limited to just the agnolotti and a cut of cured meats, really good, but the other dishes also looked good. We were also offered a bitter. Will come back to try the other delicacies.

You enter Alfredo's and return to the typical 70s atmosphere of Piola Piedmontese.
20 years ago I frequented Piola di Alfredo for its super tasty sandwiches and excellent value for money.
La Piola was full of university students who, like me, wanted to eat well and spend the right amount.
Today, 20 years later, when I return to the area, I decide to return to taste Alfredo's dishes again.
Piedmontese cuisine, simple, tasty and made with impeccable modesty.
Welcoming environment, friendly and easy-going staff.
It feels at home!
My favorite dish? Green anchovies and meatballs with sauce, in the heyday I had them put in the sandwich!
Today I enjoy these dishes calmly and with a glass of Barbera.
Thank you Alfredo and company, with you the taste accompanies the memories.
