Went to celebrate retirement, found excellent food, very attentive and friendly staff, very kind and professional owner, available for every need. Can't give more than five stars, but it deserves every one.

We organized a retirement dinner and were very satisfied. The atmosphere was clean, the staff were attentive and friendly, and the food was well-prepared and refined. I won't say anything else; go and try it, it's worth it.

My mom and I had lunch there at Christmas; from the outside, the place looks a bit run-down, but inside, it feels like home. Everything was delicious, refined, and flavorful, with no added salt or seasoning. Perhaps the only thing I didn't like was the grilled cheek, which was a bit tough for me! Everything was perfect, though! The hazelnut cake was spectacular!

We had lunch here when we went to Saluzzo, and it was very good. The atmosphere is very familiar and welcoming, and the food is excellent, with well-balanced dishes. The flavors and aromas are light but pleasing, the wine excellent, and the bread very good.

Delicious food, a well-kept and clean restaurant, very friendly service, and very fair prices. I recommend the cheese board: great variety and quality!

I have already been to this place several times and I recommend it for its delicious and traditional dishes.

It's one of those places where you feel at home, unpretentious, perfect for unwinding. As soon as we were seated, they offered us a delicious cured meat as an appetizer, a gesture I greatly appreciated and which kicked off the meal in the best possible way. I then continued with the trio of appetizers, a choice that proved to be a winner. I chose the pepper risotto, cooked to perfection, al dente, and the sweet flavor of the peppers was intense and enveloping, complemented by the goat's blue cheese, which beautifully contrasted the risotto. The dish that, despite its simplicity, struck me as delicious was the tagliolini with sausage ragù, an excellent choice. The fresh pasta paired perfectly with the flavorful and rich ragù. Everything was accompanied by a delicious Dolcetto wine. I was able to enjoy lunch calmly, in a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. We finished with a plate of fried porcini mushrooms, incredible, delicious, and crunchy. Average price €25 per person. An ideal place for those looking for home-cooked food and a lunch with friends or family.
